We stayed in this hotel because it was close to the airport. We just got back from San Pedro and needed a little break from the heat. The hotel cost us 100$, which is good price for what was included. We stayed in San Pedro in a cabana with nothing and payed the same price. Javier, the manager that set us up with the room was very friendly and spoke English. A smile goes a long way. It was a very pleasant experience!
We went for lunch right at the hotel, i found it was a little pricy, but the food was very good, especially desserts and the service was impecable. We had Celinda and Paola as our servers. They were a good competition for any north american restaurants. I`ve never had such a good service in Chile, and it was my 3rd time there.
Supper was good, but the service was ordinary. They tried, but they just didnt know how. Also i ordered congrio and got served tillapia, like i dont know anything about fish. So that was dissapointing. Other than that, the whole experience at this hotel was overall great. I`ve read the reviews from previous years and they obviously have improved.
