We stopped here for lunch on a Sunday, which can be a challenging day to find anything open in a town like Chacras de Coria (siesta + Sunday). Although we were promptly seated, it became really obvious that the staff were totally overwhelmed with the number of people in the restaurant. Granted, there were some large parties, but the food arrival was basically glacial. Our simple order (sandwiches) still hadn't arrived in over an hour, and it was clear that we weren't the only frustrated customers - even testing the famous Argentine patience. We eventually called it quits, and the waiter was very apologetic about the delay, explaining that the kitchen was having major issues. Dunno about the truth, but he seemed pretty downcast about how things were going.
It's a busy place many nights, so plenty of locals must have had a better experience than ours, but as far as our trip to Argentina goes, this was by far the lowpoint as far as dining went.
