Lovely little walk this and a real surprise along the way. You will need a good head for heights as the gorge is very dark and deep, it is crossed by two wooden bridges so please make sure you see them both, the most upstream bridge gives the best view. If you wish to photograph the gorge you will need a good camera as I found mine could not cope with the contrast of light at the depth and darkness of gorge (maybe a little photographers challenge?).
Be wary of the sides of the gorge along the walk, but worth the effort, this location was apparently used in one of the Harry Potter films and if you visit you will understand why.
