Very easy check in. Found us very large Corner rooms and were very helpful when asked for Extra Pillows and blankets. Lets get things straight this is not 5 Star luxury but for around 50 Euros a night this is a modern, clean place to stay with an Excellent breakfast. I was travelling through on Business and was very impressed and would stay again on business or leisure.

Room tip: Ask for a corner room on a higher floor.

price is OK, but...
The person at the reception desk in the evening was fairly unsympathetic. Her attitude while checking our ID cards was less comforting than the questioning by a US immigration officer.
The person during our checkout in the morning was nice and correct.
The room service does not operate except at exactly the same hours as the restaurant. They are unable to provide even the most simple sandwich.
On the other hand the food, when finally delivered, and the breakfast were rather good.
The bathroom amenities, in our double occupancy junior suite were just for one person.
Air conditioning, with no instructions, was impossible to regulate correctly.
A bed spread was not provided. Pillows, just one per person, small and uncomfortable.
The hotel style is out-fashioned.

Room tip: The rooms facing the yard overlook a large fluorescent pink billboard. You know what I mean.

Stayed there as we needed somewhere for one night in Madrid.
The rooms were spacious with 2 double comfy beds,a sofa , 2 tv's and writing area.
The menu in the restaurant was fairly basic so we ordered in a pizza which arrived fresh in 30mins.
The receptionist was a dream and she kindly ordered the pizzas for us very friendly and spoke great English.
Hotel was also clean and tidy.
Only minus no tea making facilities in room.

We chose this location because we had a rental car, wanted to spend time in Madrid without the hassle of driving and parking in the city. It worked great for us. The hotel is modern, staff professional and helpful, adequate onsite parking, It is in a quiet, mostly residential neighborhood with restaurants and shops a short drive. The room is actually a bedroom, large sitting room, office and nice bathroom. Balcony off the living room and bedroom (however, no chairs). This is more a business style hotel. The dining room served a nice breakfast and you could also have dinner at the hotel. The train station was about a 10 minute walk, with an overhead walkway (no stairs - a ramp) across the busy highway. Trains ran frequently into Madrid (about 20-30 minutes) and returned late in the evening as well. It was inexpensive to ride the train. The hotel staff was very helpful in providing information regarding the train and Madrid. The trains were usually not very crowded. We stayed 3 days and it was ideal for visiting Madrid without the hassle of a car. Other restaurants are not far, but you will need a car for them. We would stay at this hotel again and recommend it to others as it gives you a good place to relax after a lot of walking in Madrid.

Room tip: I believe all the rooms are the same or similar.

I stayed in this hotel as it was close to the industrial zone I was visiting. This hotel seems to be run by a couple of people. Large rooms. But there is no proper dinner service. You need one really as this place is in the middle of nowhere. Transportation is not convenient.
