“really good hotel, had a brilliant time”
Reviewed November 8, 2011

Just had 3 super days in venice and stayed at the Feel Inn Hotel, very friendly helpful staff, lovely clean rooms and only a fifteen minute bus trip to venice on number 5 bus. Everything went to plan apart from on the last day they had a bus strike and have no taxis in camopalto. If this is to happen to anyone whilst stopping at the hotel, the good thing is if your reasonably fit its only an hour to walk to airport from hotel and just before the airport there is a very nice bar that do lovely sandwiches and very good coffee and wine, needed after the walk against speeding traffic....... Would stay here again and recommend highly. enjoy....missing venice already

This place might have a weird name but it was absolutely amazing. It was the best place I staying at while in Italy. I would compare it to an american hotel, it was very nice. Plus they bring you food in the morning and who doesn't like free food? Overall, I would totally stay there again.

Room Tip: If you ask for a room with twin beds be prepared to separate them because it looks like a king. Jus...

The Bronzy room. First imression , the bed spread had a 8" diameter stain. At first I want to say I am a firm believer of tripadvisor and to tell people an honest experience. I just spent 3 nights at the Feel Inn in Campalto and it was less then fair. It got worse as the time went on. First off if you click on the top of this page on the ammenities, the only accurate one is free pets. We have a small dog and he was free. The close by parking lot is free but you have to move and show your time every hour (european parking thing) so now you have to park 1/4 mile away to free park with no problems. The internet is not free it is 3Euro for 30 minutes, 5E for 1 hour and 10E for 3 hours. Thats outrageous. There is no room service, only they deliver breakfast to your room and that food is very limited. I like to sleep in while on vacation so I had them to wake me up at 845am and eat at 9, they did it once and then forgot the other 2 so I was awoken abruptly. My room was directly behind there made shift desk and on the second day when the phone rang and the girl talked for 20 minutes in Italian and i heard every word. That was at 710 am. The place was dusty (not dirty) and mold at the windows. The beds were hard , the whole set up was cheap. There is nobody at the inn between 8pm to 7 am. When you leave everyday and pull the card for lights in turns off the fridge and you comeback to warm drinks.
It wasn`t all bad. The location is 100%. 15 minute bus ride and your right at the edge of venice then its ferry or walk. Pizzeria 100 ft away, post office 10ft away, ATM 150 ft away, Cubix fast food 250ft, Convience store 200ft, drug store 150ft bus station 500 ft at 2.50$ euro or buy 3 day card for ferry and bus 26.50$ e. Coop grocery store 800ft... Its all there. but maybe I just had a lousy room... If going to venice again, no thanks I paid 323$ for 3 nights. Good price for location but not service. I omited the mold pictures, that wouldnt be fair...

Room Tip: Far away from the desk!!

We booked The Feel Inn following reviews on here and it did not dissapoint! A fantastic hotel in a great location. We stayed here for 3 nights and it was cheap enough and more than easy enough to get around Venice from here. From the airport you catch the No.5 bus and get off at the stop Passe Campalto (the bus driver knows where). The best thing you can do is buy a bus and boat pass from the tabac near to the hotel, 33 euros each and it gets you around Venice for as long a you were staying, the pass for 3 days was 33 euros. As apose to paying 5 euros per journey it makes sense. The hotel is just across the road from the traffic lights round the corner from the 'Europizza' take away shop. There is a fantastic restaurant near by called 'Albacheria' which is from the hotel, right at the traffic lights and stright down for about 400m then you are there. The food is lovely and a very good price. We hd meal, wine, dessert and coffee for 35 euros! To travel into Venice itself again get the No.5 bus from the stop on the other side of the road from where you get off from the aiport and it takes you straight into Venice (Piazza Roma is the bus station in Venice centre) it takes approximatley 15 mins. The good thing about staying away from Venice centre is the quiet and also the cheapness of things around you. When in Venice the No.1 and No.2 boats get you everywhere around venice its self, to go to Murano (where they make the glass) its the No.41 or No.42. To be honest we walked mostly around the city centre as the boats were that busy and the roads are really easy to navigate. The hotel gives you a map and explains where things are also. I hope this has helped as I know when you go to a new place its difficult to navigate! Overall a fantstic location and a fantastic hotel! One not to be missed!!!

Room Tip: We stayed in the Sabia room and it was lovely

We stayed at the Feel Inn in Campalto, during our honeymoon, for two weeks. We could not have wished for a nicer venue. We found the service excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were wonderfully designed and decorated. Access to the centre of Venice was easy, with a bus route nearby that took us to the waterboat station within fifteen minutes. We would highly recommend this venue to potential visitors.

Feel Inn is a lovely welcoming hotel with helpful staff. The hotel provided us with a map and explained how we can get around using the local transport. The hotel itself was comfortable as it was for our honeymoon! Facilities and hospitality were excellent. Breakfast was bought to us everyday which was lovely. It is situated in a ideal place as public transport is near by and there is many places that can be visited.

We enjoyed our stay and would most definately use Feel Inn again! Thank you for your kindness!

Picked based on all of ur review so thanks all. Decor is very nice and modern. It's clean and washroom is big. We had Breakfast in bed every morning. We were pleasantly surprised!! We would not get anything like this in Venice at this price. The bus ride is about 15 mins to the attraction. Definitely stay here again.
