Two menus one dedicated to the sea and the other to the land, there is an a la carte for each and a set menu for each. We had the set menu I had the land my wife had the sea. On arrival we were served a glass of prosecco and given a small amuse bouch. The set menu was excellent, portions are not small we couldn't fit a dessert in!. House wine is fine and reasonable.

Would go again

I think Monday is their closing day

The lady who runs this establishment was very friendly and the food was a very good standard and not overpriced.

The menu was in Italian (no English translations) which presented a little difficulty but the lady in charge, who spoke no English, was able to assist by performing a sort of pantomime. For example she was able to indicate duck on the menu by making 'quack-quack' noises and flapping her arms - both amusing and effective.

I would eat here again.

We stayed at a wonderful little B&B ( Cribo BedandBreakfast) just a few blocks from this gem of a restaurant. We loved everything about it. The food, the service, the location. It just doesn't get any more authentically Italian than this. Would recommend this restaurant over and over and over again!!!

We stayed in the Spa hotel in the town for 5 nights and visited this restaurant on two occasions. The service each time was friendly and we were assisted by the waitress in translating the menu into English. The food was original and not usual tourist fare, I can particularly recommend the Tagliata con fagioli (Rare steak with cannellini beans). We also got a complimentary glass of Prosecco on arrival and a home made fridge magnet on departure, which were nice touches. All in all very good food and nice surroundings at a reasonable price.

The restaurant doesn't look anything special, but the food is amazing, and the service is exceptional. We had prosseco on arrival and delicious homemade breads. The food was the tastiest I have ever eaten, and all of the diners we talked to agreed. I would love to go back, its worth going to pisa area just to go to this restaurant.
