Palazzo Brandano isn't lacking for glowing reviews, but I'll add mine to the pile as well.

My girlfriend and I very much enjoyed our 5 night stay here this past April. It is a very quiet location in a very charming little town, a great launching point for exploring the area. Our room was big and spacious and very nicely appointed. As everyone mentions, Ousmane was an incredibly gracious host, and was very helpful. We had some wonderful meals at restaurants with great character thanks to his recommendations. The reviews here on TripAdvisor regarding his helpfulness and recommendations were are large part of why we chose to stay here, and we were definitely not disappointed.

We will forever have fond memories of listening to Van Morrison while eating breakfast here each morning.

We arrived early afternoon to be greeted with a chilled glass of Prosseco relaxing music was being played in the background ,we were shown to our upgraded suite and the bells began ringing throughout the village we had arrived in the heart of Tuscany how romantic.
The furnishings and location perfect the host impeccable .
Later that evening we had a meal lovely prepare on the terrace overlooking the Tuscan countryside.
It felt like home with 5 star service a most memorable stay with a fabulous host highly recommended

This is a wonderful little inn on top of a hilltop in a small, vertical village. It is beyond charming. We had a room with an outside staircase leading to the gorgeous terrace. Our half-moon section of the wall gave us a private dining experience. The chef is outstanding and prepared delicious and beautiful plates that impressed two critical New York foodies - bacon wrapped rabbit, zucchini flowers stuffed with ricotta, everything was so yummy. Manager Ousmane made us feel welcome from the start and chatted with us late into the night. The next day, he took us to see an olive tree farm that produces delicious olive oil. A perfect jumping off point for Piensa and Sienna.

Room Tip: Boticelli room is absolutely the best with an outstanding view and private entrance

We came here based on a recommendation and found a wonderful place in a lovely little Tuscan village. Great view, great food, wonderful service, large old-style rooms. Just like a movie. We are picky travelers and this place is a gem!

We had a dinner on the magnificent terrace, surrounded by candles and jazzy music. We have started with pici (typical tuscan pasta) with truffle as "primi" (starter) that were absolutely delicious and continued with lamb cutlets that were just excellent, all served with a Cabernet/Sangiovese red wine and finishing with a glass of later harvest wine (though not the typical vin santo). Dinner was unforgettable, dancing chick-to-chick between the meals. Definitely a lovely place to recommend for a romantic dinner!
