“Beatiful location for a family vacation”
Reviewed April 8, 2013

Simple and spacious studio apartments for the seasoned family travelers.
The apartments are moderatly well equipped for your stay, including a barbque! However, aside from basic cutlery, the kitchen is not stocked at all and you need to purchase everything at the supermarket.

The main room includes a small kitchen, eating table, tv and foldout bed. there is a seperate bedroom and a full bath.

Keep in mind that there is no room service and your towles and linin are not replaced during your stay.

The property has a bar / resturaunt and pool facilities - but these were closed when we were there as it was off season.

The view is breathtaking and the location is great as you are between 30-90 min away from any attraction in Tuscany.

A car is a necessity if you stay here.

My husband and I had a wonderful relaxing vacation!

Room Tip: I think all the rooms face the view and all are equipped with a balcony with barbeque facilities but...

Very nice place, with the potential to be charming. Apartments / rooms are large and spacious but a bit dull feeling. If you have problems with stairs it is really important to check in advance, we got a room on the ground floor and with extremely knees problems it was really hard to go up and down, every morning and evening, the problem is that when we arrived we found on the door to the reception list which room to go and no one to talk to. Even later by the days only one day there was very nice a girl that we talked with, and she even left us notes with answers certainly were good but when we wanted to ask more questions there was no one to talk to and when we left, we left the key in the door and went and there was no one, every time there was a feeling that the place is deserted. The kitchen is quite well equipped but very lacking micro device for heating food not everything you can do on the oven.
Towels and bedding were in the apartment, but was unable to change the course of the week, Week with one towel, not enjoyable.
Kitchen toaster did not work, but there was not anyone say, sink, shower leaked, there was not anyone tendon, put a bowl underneath Unpleasant.
Toilet paper for one day, the rest should buy yourself There are needed for basic kitchen so we bought everything and left us tenants, a new bottle of olive oil, salt, and more .....
To get to the place you must have a GPS ,

Room Tip: make the shopping befor your arrive at the neerest supermarket so you will have all you need.

This is how a agriturismo should be. Just 16 large and complete appartments. Great beds, airco in the living- and in the bedroom and a large terrace/balcony. Nice swimming pool. Mrs. Corette does a great job to make everyone feel at home. Once a week there is a wine tasting.

We are in our 60s and found this to be a lovely and safe place to stay while we visited hilltop towns by car. We drove to Empoli (18K) and took quick trains to Firenza and Pisa. We drove to Siena which was an easy to drive city. The accommodations were just fine. The pool was great. The Town of Montispertoli is a charming 'Italian' town. Not a typical hill town but certainly way up in the hill country with outstanding views. We were a bit disapointed in the fact that from the website we had expected a restaurant and bar, There is no such thing.
