My wife and I were on our honeymoon in Italy and spent 4 days at A'Loro. Fulvio and Barbara were incredibly hospitable and even drove us into the village one day so we would know how to make the walk there ourselves, and on the day of our departure drove us to the train station. It is a wonderful retreat and the breakfast each morning was amazing! My only suggestion would be to rent a car while you are there if you want to see the surrounding area, as the driveway to the B&B is steep and the walk to the historic village takes about thirty minutes. If you are in good shape or younger like my wife and I it is very walkable, but more restrictive without a car. An incredible place to stay and one of the highlights of our trip!
