“Fantastic!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 3, 2013

We had a grate time there in Adamello (9-16.03.2013) If you are going to ski - there is a lot of slopes and during the week you can choose everyday a different one. But then... You come back and you can relax ina comfirtable room, taking a rest waiting for the dinner.... And believe me - it is definatelly worth of waiting! The food is absolutely delicious! Starting from salads (open bar) with the igredients you can choose to make your stomach feel happy in the begining. Then you wait for a pasta, gniocchi, ravioli etc etc. Then u can have some meet, fish (u choose the day before from the list), and in the end u get desert. And then u feel so full that you fall asleap very quick being in a good form in the morning!
The only thing I miss there is lack of sauna. The rest is really really fantastic and I can surely recommend it.

We stayed at Hotel Adamello for 3nights (4days) recently and loved it. We have two young kids 1yr and 2yr old, so the playroom they have on site is great and convenient (open from 4pm-10pm). The bathroom even accommodates toddlers who are potty training. We had a nice room with a balcony. Breakfast and dinner were great (3 to 4 courses at dinner), and the service was exceptional. Both my kids had plastic plates and sippy cups! Overall excellent time!

Room Tip: They don't have a swimming pool or a fitness center.

I cannot recommend this hotel more highly, and I am not that easy to please! A warm friendly welcome on arrival that lasts your whole stay. Betty and Mike (managers) are always on hand and nothing is too much trouble. We booked direct with Mike via email and it couldn't have been easier. Mike gave us contacts for transfers and ski hire and also arranged our ski passes for us.Thanks Mike!! The staff are brilliant and work extremely hard. Another big thanks to the waiter who the kids loved and even brought me seconds of the most fabulous chocolate and cinnamon cake ever! Talking of food the Adamello has the best chef in resort. A wonderful choice of 4courses is offered each evening which are delivered to your own appointed table for the week. There are always plenty of options for the kids also. Evening meal is definitely a welcome highlight of the very active day. The whole hotel is immaculately clean and smells lovely. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. We have stayed in the Dolomite and Alpina rooms and were more than happy with either. Yes we have stayed twice, a thing that I have never wanted to do anywhere else, and I would love to go back again. If you are a family this hotel is fabulous. A real home from home. The skiing was awesome too! Don't look anywhere else.....book now

Room Tip: All rooms are lovely with fabulous views.

We stayed at the Adamello 9-16march with friends. We can't fault the hotel at all , the staff made us very welcome and were always happy, especially Antonia (bubbles room 12) . We couldn't get over the food there was something for everyone and each evening was four courses!!! We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return. Thank you to all the staff

We have just returned from a fantastic skiing holiday in Passo del Tonale. Hotel Adamello is an immaculate hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The evening menu was varied and you chose the next evening's meal the night before. All the meals we had were excellent.
The staff were all really friendly and helped to make our stay even more enjoyable!

We would definitely love to visit this resort again and wouldn't hesitate in booking to stay in this lovely hotel!

My husband and I have just returned home following a weeks ski break in Passo Tonale. We stayed at the Ademello and would highly recommend this hotel if you are thinking of visiting the resort as it deserves the good reviews on this website. We visited as a couple but the hotel is very family friendly with a games room in the basement. The Adamello is a short walk from the slopes - which can be hard work if you are walking in heavy boots and carrying skis. . However this was no problem as we rented a ski locker at the rental shop under the Hotel Sporting Vittoria (very close to the main slopes) costing 20 euros for the week.

The food is really great, freshly cooked, lots of choice and plentiful - you will not be hungry! The hotel is spotlessly clean. The rooms are comfortable and most have a balcony overlooking the moutains. The proprieters and thier staff are really friendly and work hard to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I did not hear one negative comment about this place from any of the other guests. We would book to stay again if we return to Tonale for another ski break.

Just back from a great week skiing. This is a family run hotel with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Our room was at the rear of the hotel on the bottom floor (the hotel is entered at street level, has 1 floor above and 3 below). The views from the balcony over the north facing mountains was fantastic and the room was extremely comfortable and quiet. The walk up to the ski lifts was approx 5 minutes and like many others we chose to hire a locker for 20 euros in the ski hire shop to store our equipment and boots. Some nights we stored the boots only in the hotel ski room to ensure they dried out! There is a spar supermarket just across the road and I recommend the bar directly opposite the hotel for a quieter post ski beer or hot chocolate. I don't think I have ever stayed in a hotel that is so clean and the restaurant staff were so efficient and all had a sense of fun about them! Not much more I can add to the food that hasn't already been written, but amazing buffet with salads, cheeses (best Parmesan I have ever tasted) and local delicacies. A soup or pasta based second course and then a third course with meat, fish or veg options. After this you somehow have to find room for desert! Fantastic! House wine is very good value and better than anything served up in the UK. Even when we left at 0520 on saturday there was coffee and cake available and a breakfast bag made up for everyone. All in all a great hotel, great resort with fantastic people. Well done hotel Adamello.

Room Tip: All rooms at rear of hotel have fantastic views.
