Here in the Castelli Romani the majority of the restaurants usually don't care too much about the ambiance and how a dish looks like. Nothing wrong with that, after all it is about the taste and no reason to eat in dim candle light or make the dish look overly fancy. In a way it is WYSIWYE: what you see is what you eat. This restaurant is one of the exceptions in this area. The ambiance is nice and the dishes look real pretty. The service is very friendly. As everything is a bit more fancy, prices are a bit higher, but certainly not excessive. Certainly worth going to.
