Description: Lo stuzzichino restaurant, run by the De Gregorio family, carries on the tradition of the Italian inn with great passion. Our warm hospitality, typical of this land, permeates the whole place. For a long time now, Lo Stuzzichino has been considered one of the top restaurants in the Land of Sirens with way of cooking that enhances the products and dishes of this wonderful land. Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi is a small village nestled in the Lattari hills, where residents proudly preserve local identity. The quality of Sorrentine art of cooking is here improved through a careful selection of products from local farmers and breeders. Our aim is to make guests feel at home as they experience an unforgettable encounter with our cousine and our traditions.

This was out fourth time in Sant'Agata and on each of our visits we make sure we have time to visit Mimo and Dora, the owners, at least once during our stay. The food is outstanding and very fairly priced. The service is also top notch with a lot of personal attention by Mimo. At our last dinner visit we put ourselves in Mimo's hands and he truly outdid himself. We started with a variety of antipasti that were all delicious (the zucchini flowers, when is season, are AMAZING!). The pasta course was expertly prepared and presented as was the secondi. The pasta course was a house made ravioli stuffed with fresh ricotta and buffalo mozzarella. The secondi was an excellent piece of beef, preapred Genovese style. Finally, a great dessert and after dinner drinks. One thing to note is that Mimo is expert at wine, particularly wines of the Campania region. Ask him to select a wine for your dinner and you will assuredly get an excellent selection, both in terms of quality and price. In our case, he selected a locally produced taurasi that was exceptional. This place is the real deal and a "must go" when in the Sorrento area.

A friend recommend we try Lo Stuzzichino when we take our weeks holiday in Sorrento. Our party was 12 people, all family 6 from New York and 6 From London, all family. The Restaurant is about 25 minutes from Sorrento by cab,a beautiful drive into the mountains, with breathtaking views of the bay.
The restaurant is a real family affair lead by Mimmo, the best host you could wish for.The food is prepared by Mimmo's Mum and Dad and the kitchen staff, using many of their prized family recipes. We had a 7 course tasting menu that was to die for.One faulous dish followed by another. The fantastic food was complemented by local wines, chosen by Mimmo.
Four of our party had special birthdays this year, this was the big celebration night.Mimmo organised beautiful cakes, adorned with fireworks and delivered to our table with an Italian version of 'Happy Birthday' sung superbly by the staff and other diners.
This place is without doubt one of the best Restaurants we have visited, the food and the ambiance is outstanding and the value for money is incredible.
I can't wait to return.

What a brilliant place, it has a really nice outside eating area and the restaurant itself is lovely. The service is first class, really attentive, all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. We ate here twice it was so good, the food is excellent and so are the deserts. The head waiter is very funny, they have entertainment most nights, one night there were a couple of guitarists that were very good, another night a guy with an electric guitar and backing music which was brilliant, the staff encourage you to get up, dance and join in, lots of fun. I would definitely recommend.

We were collected from our nearby hotel on the 2 nights we ate here and picked up by Dominicus who was a very friendly waiter from the restaurant. the food was absolutely excellent and really good value. We share a dessert (pear and ricotta cheesecake) on one of the nights and they brought it to us decorated with chocolate icing sugar to divide the cake in two and provided 2 spoons - maybe we are easily impressed but small touches like that make this a great place. On the second night they were happy to allow us to wander around Santa Agata for an hour before being returned to our hotel.

This family run restaurant was a great find. The food was expertly prepared, delicious and nicely presented. The restaurant itself has a warm, cozy atmosphere accentuated by the smile and cheer of the owner.
Try the crema de pera it's out of this world!
