Stayed in this hotel recently with a group of friends on a hen night on the farm package. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and would highly recommend it. Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful- the nicest and most welcoming I have experienced in a long time. We went to causey farm as well as part of package and had a really great time - a laugh a minute!!

I just wanted to write a massive thank you to Linda, Emma and all of the staff for our hen party (25th aug) stay. As the organiser of the party they completely took away any stress, nothing was a bother, no matter how many phonecalls and enquiries I made. The hotel had everything organised to a tee, from our soup and sandwich lunch, bus to and from the farm, pub crawl and nightclub (which coincidentally was barn themed with a mechanical bull and straw!!), not to mention our late night complimentary sandwiches in the residence bar!! On top of coping with 15 raucous ladies in such a pleasant manner, the hotel was clean and the food was good-could not have asked for more and I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel/causey farm package for hens looking a bit of good fun and mischief and a cosy, clean bed to collapse into at the end of it all!Thank you once again for all!!

Stayed here tonight on a hen night would not normally write this type of review but could not believe the attitude of the staff. At dinner took a migrane and went to go to bed with a jug of water. As i went upstairs i was hassled by a member of staff about the jug of water i explained the situation and continued to bed which was at the end of a corrider where a disco was taking place. A member of the hen party overheard the reception staff telling each other to watch me as i was up to something. I came back downstairs and tried to discuss with the reception about the loud music and was told this party had paid to book the room. AM I NOT PAYING FOR A ROOM!!!! THIS HOTEL IS A DISGRACE.

Fine bar food, very reasonable prices, good location. You can use the pool in a sister hotel, which was great. The rooms were clean and tidy. Simple yet a bit tired. The staff were lovely and very helpful. All in all a good experience. We nada family room, two singles and a double which was perfect for the family get away.

The Castle Arch was a very good experience, the rooms were clean, decent size and nice decor. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, allowing us to leave a lot of luggage there while we looked around trim. Thank you for an enjoyable stay and excellent Irish breakfast!!

What a lovely hotel! The staff are fabulous and treat you like family. Rooms are comfy and clean. The full Irish breakfast that was included in our room charge was delicious. This is just a lovely place to stay. We only stayed for one night and then went to Dublin for the night. Should've stayed in Trim. Just lovely. Would definitely stay here again.
