My family and I would like to thank Anne & Marc for the evening we spent at their establishment. A beautifull B&B, immaculately clean, cosy, comfortable and welcoming! It was the first B&B we stayed at during our trip to Ireland and felt right at home. We would recommend this B&B to anyone travelling to the area. Lovely breakfast too! Wonderfull hosts and very helpfull.

My wife, daughter, and I spent our last 2 nights in Ireland with Marc, Anne, and part of their family. They helped us in every way, giving us suggestions/directions as to where to eat lunch and dinner, what to see in town, and how to get to the Dublin airport. Anne drove my wife and daughter to town for the day, while I went northern pike fishing with Marc. Marc provided appropriate tackle, boat, vehicle, and food for the trip, and all the expertise that we needed to catch fish. Despite a windy rainy day, we caught 5 nice fish, lost 3 others, and had quite a few hits that we missed. Nice clean bathroom. Beautiful gardens. Comfortable beds, Great food! Friendly fellow guests. One of the nicest B&Bs that we've ever stayed in.

Okay I've stayed in a lot of great Bnb's in Ireland, but this one has to be my favourite!! It's a beautiful house that's tastefully decorated - I feel like I stepped into a period movie. The garden is really beautiful and relaxing too. Breakfast is delicious, and eaten at a single dining table, which is refreshing. Anne and Marc are so friendly and have great recommendations on what to do - and there is plenty to do in the area! The only downside (and it's really very minor) is that the wifi signal isn't the strongest in all rooms - but in such a beautiful house and area, one really be doing better things with their time than surfing the net!

I've now stayed at Crannmor three times, once with my wife and twice solo. We've always enjoyed a generous welcome, more than ample and tasty breakfasts, and fine traditional facilities, all of which work impeccably. Trim is an easy hour from Dublin, boasts Ireland's largest and best preserved 13th century castle, and is a good base to visit Newgrange, the most impressive prehistoric monument and UNESCO world heritage site, to Tara, and to many more attractions. For a serious fly fisher Marc offers expert guiding for trout, salmon, and pike. Highly recommended to spend an evening or a week.

Anne and Marc were perhaps the friendliest of our hosts in Ireland, more like staying with family than at a B&B. Breakfast in the dining room at one table for 8 guests is wonderful for sharing experiences with other guests, though you have to be mindful of guests scheduled to dine after you. A small price to pay, and Anne is very helpful about scheduling breakfast times for busy sightseeing schedules. The decor is very tasteful, the gardens quiet and relaxing, the rooms clean and quiet. The cost was about on par with other good Irish B&B's we stayed at. The beds were a bit firm for me, but my wife had no complaints. Location is good - easy to find, close to town for those with a car, quiet. Definitely hope to visit again someday.

Crannmor was our favourite B&B in Ireland. Being about 45 minutes to the Dublin Airport, it's the perfect place to begin or end your trip and the town of Trim is worth a couple of days. Marc and Anne make you feel like family and we will certainly be coming back and staying longer. If you like fishing, you have the added bonus of Marc being one of the most respected fishing guides in the country. This is a very well run operation and anyone thinking about starting a B&B should go there to see how to do it.

Room Tip: Our rooms were upstairs and were very quiet and private.
