I think this is my first less than 4 stars review, so let's say I'm not too critical about hotels. I've also been here before and was really content, so this might be something temporary, I don't know. But. For the advertised price (I didn't pay for it, it was a business trip) the food was flat out awful, parking was chaotic to say the least, and ... well... if you ask the 50 people who arrive to your hotel to an event to check out early, the very least you should do is to prepare for it. 2 receptionist, one of whom seemed to be an intern or something is not the way to go. I'd also have some questions about the 27% service fee in the bar for a service where.. um.. I went right to the bar to order. I also didn't really understand why they couldn't arrange for the mechanic work to start after our event, but that was just kind of the last straw.
Good parts: the sauna section was fine, the rooms are still spacious and clean, and aside from being painfully slow at checkout, the staff was polite with us.More
