- Food is standing in hours in room temperature. The whole family got sick from eating here!!! - Bees and wasps eating more of the buffet than the guests. They are everywhere! - Food horrible! - Rooms are cleaned OK but you won't get your towels and bathroom carpet changed that often since they don't have enough for all the rooms. After the family got sick I asked for change of the carpet and towels but the cleaning staff did not have any more. It is clear that the owner doesn't care at all about this hotel, the staff or the guests. - Bar staff and cleaning staff are really nice!!! - Owner and receptionist are very rude and not helpful. We asked for one more role of toilet paper since we didn't get that this refilled, the answer was "no, you got one role yesterday so you have to use this". If you go there - bring your own toilet paper! - Pool area not clean. The sun beds are broken and too few. - Many parents leaving their kids at the pool and go to the sea instead. No guards to keep eye or them. High screaming level from the kids being unattended in the pool. - no bathroom close to the pool.
