As per my first review, we came back to Samos this year and yes, we came to Aroma many times during our short two week stay, and for good reason. The chef has been cooking fish for 18 years and is a master at his craft. The waiter(s) are professional and very friendly, and will recommend dishes if they are fresh (like the fish that was caught that morning) and their recommendations should be trusted. The shrimps are a must, and everything including the meat dishes, are cooked simply to perfection.
I had high hopes for this restaurant last year and this year I was pleased to see they have bought the restaurant below them and made it part of the upstairs, effectively doubling the size of their business. I'm chuffed for them, they deserve every success. My wife and I will be back again next year to assault this place with our cutlery.
