We dined a couple of times at Remataki. Dining on the beach was wonderful, we really appreciated the food and the nice staff, quick, caring and really nice to entertain its guests.
My favorite course is the grilled stuffed squid, fresh, properly cooked and nicely presented, moreover the prices are absolutely fair for the quality and quantity of the food on offer.
We also had some laughs since the waiters like to joke and their "was the dinner great?" became our vacation motto.
Worth more than a visit.

First of all, the place where the restaurant it's gorgeous.. The view is amazing, and you can actually dine in the beach. The food is pure perfectness, home made and local. And in Remataki the atmosphere is the greatest, it's feels like home, and service and all the people there working are so loving and caring, it seriously feels like you were dining in your closest friends house. Always smiling and fun waiters, great food, and location will make you come back, again and again!

Bad experience at Restaurant Remataki. The man in the street lured us in with a nice table on the beach. He promised us the original Greek cuisine, where everything was cooked fresh!
The rabbit stifado was very dry and not tasty, the meat was beef stifado also very dry and tough, there was no sauce. Grilled sardines were not grilled but cooked in olive oil. Inexperienced staff at a very young age, no language skills. Nothing impression and the sloppy organization. We have more than 20 year Greek restaurant experience!!!

We had high hopes of this restaurant as it has some particularly good revues on Trip adviser. The setting is first class on the beach and possibly the most romantic setting of the restaurants in this resort.
we ordered garlic and cheese bread and tsatziki as starters and rabbit stiffado and beef stiffado as the main course.
We were brought a basket of bread which wasn't ordered and had we known would not have ordered the garlic bread anyway this followed by the wrong food being brought to us i.e. fish, which was quickly rectified with the correct starters. There was eight large slices of garlic and cheese bread. We had hardly made in roads to this when the main courses were brought. the mains were lacking in taste and the whole meal lacked quality in place of quantity. The service throughout was conducted by two young lads who were very pleasant but clearly inexperienced, the bill was only just over 30 euros so no complaints on that score but I think there are issues, you cannot just rely on the setting.
