I stayed with my husband here for 4 nights. The location is great, just a few minutes walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. Upon arrival we were shown to a very basic ground floor room that faced into a children's playground. (We had requested not to be on the ground floor however upon arrival stated that they were unable to meet that request). After we paid for an upgrade they managed to find a floor on the 3rd floor that was great for our basic needs. The room was clean and towels were changed every other day. The pool area was nice, clean and quiet. The main thing that lets this hotel down is the filthy reception area. There was not one seat that I felt I could sit down on. Soft furniture is heavily stained, presumably with cat urine from some of the numerous strays that inhabit every surface in the reception area. I even saw them on the bar and within the food preparation area. We never stayed at the hotel for even one drink on our way out of an evening as the place felt so dirty. I really don't understand how this place can have 4 stars???

We've just come back from a week in Stalis, and i can't recommend the Dias appartment enough. For a start it was huge, and could've accomodated 5 of us if needed. It was spotlessly clean with our bedding being changed three times during the week and fresh towels every couple of days. There was a great pool, and the bar and seating area was comfortable and modern. A buffet or english breakfast was available upon request, with the owners being very obliging and helpful with whatever you needed. The beach, bars and shops are only a ten minute walk away and there's a well stocked shop literally just across the road for anything you may need. We loved it so much we booked to go back before we'd even left!

We've had a week at these family run apartments and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a relaxing break. The apartments are clean and spacious, no signs of Wear and tear with any of the facilities. The staff are all friendly and the food is lovely. The pool is kept clean and tidy and it gets the sun all day. It's only a couple of minute walk to the beach front and there is a supermarket just over the road which has plenty for everyone. Overall a quality week spent at the Dias Apartments
