Joanna's rooms all have seaview and are very clean and comfortable. You have a nice balcony and the appartments all are new and are well isolated. That's important, because in Paleaochora the wind can be very heavy (as it was part of the time I spent there, in may 2010).
There is a tavern next door and in the weekends it's busy there, with music on the terrace, but comparing to Paleochora centre it is very quiet here. Near the appartments is a small beach (belonging to the tavern), but you better go to the Pebble and Sandy beaches in Paleochora. That's only a 10 minutes walk. Paleochora is a nice and friendly town, but crowded in summer.
The only remarks I have was that there were no televisions yet, but the intention was to place them in the summer. Furthermore the appartments were very new and could be a bit more decorated. But overall the price-value balance is very good, comparing with some other rooms in Paleochora.
