This is a great hotel, really lovely, clean with rooms that have plenty of space, however the staff make this experience, they are amazing & cant do enough for you. We went with out 2 children (10 month baby boy, and 3 year girl) plus out parents (60+ ;-). When we arived, because we got there late, they opened the restaurant especially for us for cold plates. The manager saw how made up my daughter was with her all inclusive wrist band, and gave her one for her toy bunny....she was over the moon. The room had a closable partition that would sleep 2 others, in proper beds...so no tripping over camp beds like in some hotel 'family' rooms. Clean and comfortable, with maids coming in and taking care every day. There is even a minibar re stocked every other day, which is fre when your all inclusive. The cot for my baby boy was well used, but perfectly ok. Our only issue was, our 10 month old was trying to walk, andI was a bit worried about him falling on the marble floor (hardly the hotels fault!). There is an animation team who come round and organise games during the day. These people learn your names, and really make the effort to ensure you have a good time, but dont force you into anything. The put on shows in the evening which are hillarious. The kids dance at the mini disco which they love. The music quiz was great...but its all made brilliant by the people putting on the show. The pools are lovely and clean, although a bit cold. There are bars at each, which even serve freshly made creps in between meal times. However you will be stuffed because the food is amazing, varied and great quality. I always worry with my 3 year old, but didnt need to, she could choose from chicken, pasta, pizza, chips, pies & then loads of local speciallities every day. There are chefs that make you fresh pasta on demand. And loads of puddings. And there are different meals each day. There are also 2 other restaurants that you can book to go to, chineses and greek, where they make you feel like your dining outside the hotel, but are really friendly. The beach is clean and gorgouse. The only isse we had was that our 10 month old is in a buggy and there are quite a few steps to go up and down around this resort. Catch a bus outside the hotel and you can be in the capital in 30 mins. There are about 20 local shops, including a pharmacy with baby goods (Aptimal milk pwder, steralising stuff and nappies) which proved useful and a spa shop. We went for 7 days. Its 20 mins from the airport, but your not bothered by any flight noise. Not sure if I could have done a 2 weeks without a hire car, but we are a very active family. But this was a perfect, relaxing, family holiday and loved it. They let you use all the facilities (including the restaurant) until the moment you leave...so your not stuck for that final meal like in some hotels too. We didnt use the spa (alas, no time as a mum even on holiday) A really great hotel, with really excellent staff. I wish this was the kind of customer service you got everywhere. Go!
