Greiz is somewhat of a depressed town, with many buildings in not-so-great shape. Out hotel recommended this restaurant for dinner and we weren't disappointed.
The restaurant has two rooms, one more of a bar room and the other a quite formal dining room - we ate in the latter. It was somewhat formal and nicely appointed. The food was very good - substantial portions and presented very nicely.
Price was quite reasonable for this area of Germany.
The waitress spoke almost no English and the menu was all in German, but with a little bit of German, we got along just fine!
