I took my wife here for her 40th birthday after a tip from a friend of mine.
It is not a large hotel and the business is run by a family. You can opt for different size and price rooms to suit your pockets or inclination.
The location is at the fringes of the village and in a wooded and very quiet area.
Some may percieve the garden as quirky but charminh nevretheless by mixing romanesque statues and garden gnomes.
The rooms (all individually styled) are plushly appointed and the bathroom was so large you can turn into a bowling alley.
We took a dinner arrangement and the food was just honest ingredients and excellent quality wise. What you expect and more from a star quality restaurant.
The staff was ever so friendly and even gotten through the trouble offering my wife a birthday cake after dinner (as we were full they packaged the cake and we took it home the next day)
We took the car there and the scenery near the Moselle valley is just stunning.
Great for a wekend romatic getaway or just for walikng and sight seeing during the day and great meals at night.
We surely plan to go back to this little hideaway
