“A truly classy and luxury stay. I would live here .....”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 6, 2011

A classy, elegant and luxury hotel without getting that "in your face" feeling. Rather modest with a immaculate taste for representing the flawless house style. We stayed at room#304 its a luxury class room. spacious and tidy and again very convincing elegant interior. The bathroom is just a reason to stay there. wit separate shower/toilet unit bathtub and elegant 2 person washing table. The staff is attentive professorial and very accommodating.
We enjoyed dinner in the on house Restaurant and where again wowed by the all over great experienced.
The in house Spa facility are fine too and for sure worth a visit to unwind and enjoy your stay in a elegant and stylish surrounding ( jacuzzi/sauna/fitness area and on request beauty treatments )
Breakfast is a true experience with local fresh products, rich choice for everyone. Its been a long time i have seen such a well catered buffet!
Further free WIFI .. parking in house not free, perfect located right in front of Station with connection to Cologne,Aachen, Bonn, Dusseldorf with 30-40min ......
In one sentence:
Dont hesitate, go ahead book your stay !! Its truly worth it !!!

Room Tip: if you can...... go for the Superior Luxury Suite.

Friendly staff who helped us in from the rain - a very comfortable lobby with a good standard of comfort and presentation.
The room was as advertised - good quality furniture and finish to the whole room - this was a junior suite - a special end to our holiday.
The underfloor heating in the bathroom added an exta touch of comfort to a well laid out modern bathroom with seperate shower and bath. Lots of large towels plus bathrobes.
Being on the 4th floor - the top one in the hote, we had views out across the town - nothing really special but lots of light through the huge windows.
All in all, a good room, plus an excellent choice for breakfast.

check out the sauna, bubblebath and sportsficility, fine! the rooms are very well equipped and the beds are very very good. Restaurant is also very good. Every now and then you get a less experienced person to help you, interns, but hey where do they go for learning?

Although Euskirchen is not really a place to be and although the hotel is opposite to the main train station, the hotel is simply excellent. Actually I do not really understand why the hotel is not rated 5 stars.
Our room was really spacious, very clean, and with modern and extremely comfortable and cosy furniture.
There was even a DVD-player available.
The bathroom was large, clean and luxury, with separate toilet and shower, two basins and a bathtub.
Staff was very professional and extremely helpful and caring.
Breakfast was simply excellent with a very wide range of fresh food, some of it prepared in the live cooking open kitchen.
The restaurant was spacious and nicely furnished.
Dinner was also excellent and also prepared in the open live cooking kitchen area.
I would highly recommend the hotel.

We very much liked the hotel and the staff. The room is big, it has comfortable beds and all is very modern (buttons by the bed to open/close the curtains, the lights etc).
We found a very nice price offer for this hotel on www.ebookers.com, but you can also find some interesting packages on the site of hotel itself.

The spa is nice - 1 jacuzzi and 3 saunas, but it can be a bit crowdy at some times. There was a problem one evening in getting out of parking (the grill got blocked), but they tried to fix it and offered to pay a taxi for us. We decided to stay in the hotel after all, but when we did the check-out, we didnt have to pay the parking anymore because of this issue (10 euro/day).
Breakfast is complete, you can even order your own omlette (but be careful when you pick up your ready plate from the kitchen, it can be really hot..).
We went to visit the Rhine Open-air museum in the area, with traditional german houses, farm animals etc- recommended on a sunny day. The receptionist can give you a map to get there.

We left very relaxed and hope to return next year. Have fun!

Because we wanted to go diving at Monte Mare we stayed at the Parkhotel in Euskirchen. Driving to Monte Mare is around 15 minutes. We would certainly recommend this hotel as it is very close to the Euskirchen city center and because of the great service. The hotel room is very clean and comfortable. Staff was also very kind. If you are looking for a stay near the woods you may want to stay at another hotel but for all other purposes, the Parkhotel is they absolute place to stay!

Stayed here for one week. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was good. Lots of variety for breakfast. TV had very little english channels. Rooms were large clean and comfortable. Linen changed daily. Mini bar was a little expensive especially for water.
The old post house restaurant nearby was very good as was the chineese restaurant beside it. Both were great value. Strongly recommend either.
