Inexpensive. Lots of fun and activiites for the children. No rides, but all hands-on, climbing, running, exploring. What else can one ask for.
Also, food is very reasonably priced as is the entrance fee.
Tip: Stay for dinner at the Beer Garden. Tasty, inexpensive and good beer.

we loved the experience. It was a lot of fun, even though it was raining buckets. The place was very busy so come early and plan to stay long as it is a large place. The place is best for smaller children as our oldest, who is 10 was borderline for stimulation but our 8 year old had an amazing time. the store had a wonderful display of playmobil toys and had little scenes set up, like a complete camping scene, battle scene, police station, etc. It was like a little playmobil miniatureland.
You can drink beer in the food place, that 's always fun. The food was great and the atmosphere was very pleasant. definitely a place you should take your kids if you are in Germany!
We were visiting the black forest area and due to the playmobil fun park site we have decided to leave the blackforest 1 day earlier and to make my son's (8 years old) dream come true by visiting this park. And eventully it was worth it!!! Amazing place where all the subjects of the playmobil were enlarged to become a true live story. most of the places are playgrounds without any line to wait - just come and play. My son who plays with playmobil on a daily basis was amazed and felt like in heaven. Worth visiting!! and the price is very reasonable - 10 euros each. Go there. It is a fantasy.
Good:

- brilliant fun for a 6-year old boy
- easy access and parking, cheap everything including the food
- definitely surprisingly beautiful and fun, especially the water areas (the floats)
Bad:
- having to leave and on top of it through the gift shop of course
- no. Rides (well that might be good actually)
This is place is definitely worth the trip. We had an amazing day with a 4 year old and a 6 year old. There is so much to do and the park kept them occupied from 9am until 6pm. This is a park designed for play there are no mechanical rides. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the indoor play area with every type of Playmobil available for free play. Outside the children loved the water areas where you could play with all sorts of boats. Every area contains giant replicas of the Playmobil toys and figures and the children can play, climb and explore. Even though it was a very busy day in peak holiday period there was plenty of space and toys to go round. I would recommend this place 100% it is totally designed for a family day out from the food to tumbler dryers for wet clothes. They really have thought of everything. The shop has some great discounts too and is well worth a visit.
