If in your childhood you dreamed to have a toy railway this place is for you! It has amazing railway which can excite you for at least 30 minutes. No, it has much more than just a railway. It is a miniature country with its own airport, marine, military base, prison and ever refinery!

1. Proximity
You can go easily by S-Bahn, it is very close to the S2 station Heimstetten. And you can go by car: there is big parking place at the Miniland (actually, they rent upper floor at a logistic company and they don't have a problem with parking).

2. The main exhibition
It is a whole country with its infrastructure. It is worth to see rather to read. You and your children will be enjoyed. Every hour 2 airplanes start and land from the airport. You can alive some toys: railways, cars, hippodrome, many other things and even a dragon which secures a treasure. In addition, time to time, the management makes some quiz to find something out and get a prize! The main exhibition changes every several month and you can some other interesting things later.

3. Playground

If your children are too young to enjoy the main exhibition for a while, you can to the playground. It’s a room where children can play themselves in a nice wooden railway (Brio-type), build small Lego-railway or to play with a big railway (to start a train, manage directions). There are seat for parents to observe their kids and have a rest meanwhile.

4. Shop

There is a shopping “corner” before the entrance to the exhibition. You can bay a lot of staff for difference railway, some books and other toys.

5. Fee

There is an entrance fee, please go to its web-site at www.miniland.de

6. Bistro

There is a small café where you can eat pizza, sausages, drink coffee. So, you will not stay hungry.

7. Last but not least: Children Party!

You can arrange a birthday party for your children. Since, we have already done it and can recommend it. They have a separate 16 m2 room close to the café for parties. You pay only for entrance, no additional fee for this room (please see the web-page for the terms). There is a small hall before the room, where you can make a party. Miniland is owned and managed by a family, so you can agree directly with the owners: they are very friendly. They can cook a birthday cake (locomotive-shape) and advise you how to arrange your birthday party.
