We have bcome regulars of the restaurant. We have organized a birthday party there and have stayed at the hotel. The staff is always friendly, very well-trained and knowledgeable. Even during busy times staff has an eye to details and responds to guest wishes. The hotel is nice and comfortable. The highlight is clearly the food. Excellent regional food with produce from the terroir with accents from outside the region. Provencal lentils with young garlic and thyme is just one example. The menue changes with the seasons and is full of delights in the best culinary fashion. Sample some of the local wines as they go well with the regional food. And if you like the wine, you can buy some next door to bring home. Definitly worth a visit but make sure to book a table.
