Caudebec is a nice little town, over looking the Seine River (left side is Paris- right side is Le Havre). You can visit the town in a couple of hours and it is very quiet. There is a Cathedral that was shot unfortunately during WWII. You can also visit the Templar's house dating back to the 13th century.
There are a lot of restaurants alongside the Seine river front, and you can relax eating and drinking while watching the big boats come past.
Definitely worth a visit
