We have stayed here before and would have no issue with doing so again. The welcome was efficient and helpful. The room was clean and spacious (there are different types available).
Breakfast is served in the conservatory and there is quite a choice (pastries, fruit, cereals etc.).
Bar facilities are available and there is nothing better than to relax with drink in the garden.

Stayed one night on the way to the Dordogne. Really impressed, really helpful friendly welcome and service. The hotel itself is beautiful building, room was lovely and very clean. Lots of parking and if you need a restaurant, the owners are very helpful and recommended us a lovely place less than ten minutes walk away. We had a fabulous continental breakfast and if you need a few bits to stock up on, there is a brilliant supermarket very close by. We would definitely stay there again.

Though we arrived earlier than the advertised time of registration, we were made to feel welcome and given access to our double room. This was small but adequate. The provided shower gel was inadequate. The stairway decor was typically French and fascinating. Breakfast was cold, but varied

We had stayed at this hotel before and it has so much to recommend it. It's an old villa situated in the suburbs of Orleans and has been furnished with such care and good taste. It is surrounded by a large garden which has ample safe parking spaces for visitors' cars. The bus stop is just a few steps away and it only takes about 7 minutes by bus to reach the centre of Orleans with all its restaurants. We have found it a convenient place to stay whilst touring the Loire. When we arrived this time we found that the hotel had changed ownership in the past few months and probably the new owners were still settling in.We were assigned a room on the second floor and the owner expressed some concern as to whether we would be comfortable there. She said the hotel was full but that she would be able to move us on our 5th(last) night's stay. The room was very pleasant with a large and comfortable bed and a good bathroom. However it was small and faced directly on to the main road. The weather was hot with temperatures rising into the 30cs during the day. The room was uncomfortably hot but with the windows even slightly open to let in any air, the noise of the traffic pounding past at all hours made it impossible to sleep. By the end of our third night and with no air conditioning and no offer of a fan to cool the room (we are in our seventies), we were exhausted and couldn't face another night there. We told the owner that the conditions in the room were intolerable and at that point she found us another room on the first floor and facing the garden which was so much quieter and where the windows could be left open at night. The rest of our stay was pleasant but somehow the place just didn't seem the same..

Room tip: . Room 19 on the side of the house faces the main road. Most rooms face the garden.

Dear Madam,
You inform us of your dissatisfaction concerning your stay in our establishment. Please note that we have not changed anything since we arrived three months ago and that the hotel is identical to your previous stay. You have been accommodated in a small double room, depending on the reservation and rate you have chosen first. To bring you satisfaction, we have offered you a room of a higher level without supplement that you have accepted. We regret the temperature rises that have caused some of your discontent. We would have liked to talk with you when you left rather than discover it through social networks.
