We have had a very bad adventure in this hotel the 19/09/12.
We didn’t reserve a table in the restaurant of the hotel for diner.
At 7.30 pm we went to the restaurant. Nobody was in place to give us table. (The lady of the reception was alone and too busy to look after the other costumer waiting for a bedroom, but she have had a glance on us.) Despite that we taken a table, the restaurant was almost empty. We expected to be visited by a waiter but all customers arrived after us were served.
After a while, we understood we should book, but nobody came to tell us that the restaurant was full, and we shouldn’t take this table already reserved.
The lady in charge of the customers saw us, she spoke about us to the waiter, she said to the waiter “these one have not booked the table” the waiter was ready to speak to us, but she called him back and she given to him new instructions. We left this restaurant after 15 minutes waiting.
I think that the comportment of this person is inacceptable and not professional.
Later in the bedroom the water of the bath was cold.
My advice about this hotel is, avoid it as possible.
