They should be a 3 1/2 rating nearly a 4 but need some basic help. We stayed for 10 days with an 8 year old and a teen who are used to larger Eurocamp sites. We booked direct online, the service and communications were excellent and we had high hopes. We arrived early but were allowed to check in without a fee which was good. We had a basic level mobile home but it did push the basic title to the limit. There was no welcome pack or instructions for the accommodation. We weren't told about the electricity being activated by placing your door key into a keyhole in the kitchen area so we ended up calling their service team who couldn't work it out until an electrician came!. There were a few minor issues with the fixtures which were quickly sorted. The drainage system was struggling to cope so we had slow draining sinks and shower. There was a constant smell in the bathroom which invaded the accommodation if you didn't open the window and keep the door closed at all times. The kitchen didn't have a bread knife or chopping board which was minor but annoying. The camp is clean and well kept. There are several small pools but they are only really plunge pools. We didn't eat on site but there is a restaurant on the beach and a small shop. The beach is the best feature, it is a mix of sand and gravel. It is shallow water for a very good distance and the swimming area is separated for safety. The town of Omis is beautiful and the local activities are great. This site needs some investment in customer service training, bigger pools, larger more active animation team and infrastructure like the drains if they wish to appeal to a wider market. If they are happy with the current dynamic then I would recommend it for families with younger children rather than teens.

Stayed here 3 times during festival season. Stayed at the beach front house + jacuzzi. Overall, facilities are decent.

However, Only one toilet paper roll provided (which wasn’t even full) and had to buy my own.

Difficult to use the dish washer as I was only given one tablet and refused to buy more for them. Reception did not want to provide me more (minimum box is like 30 and I only used like 4 washes during my 5 night stay.

They wanted to charge me 20 euros when I asked for our hot tub water to be changed (or even for chlorine for sanitary reasons).

During the last night, our hot tub stopped working, I went to the reception and I had to really fight to get someone to come have a look at it. It was eventually fixed. The night guys originally said, sorry night shift, so can’t help. Not really sure what that means?

At check out they asked me to take all the trash out the house, even though they have cleaners, and during my first two visits it was cleaned by them. All other houses were fully cleaned by staff! Upon their check out. Essentially I was asked to clean the house myself or risk loosing my 370 euro deposit. They don’t even take euros and I had to use the local currency so now I lost money on my way back home on the exchange (pro tip - maybe you people should take passports instead, NO ONE would leave without their passport).

The employees are generally not friendly, and seem like they hate their jobs and being there. As I worked in hotels in while studying, I know reception can be a grueling job sometimes but respect the patrons who are paying A LOT of money to enjoy themselves and be there.

TLDR: terrible staff, 0 service, decent facilities - go spend your money else where. I know I will.

Very beautiful camp site. Close to Omiš city, Cetina river. Many activities and sports there-rafting, canyoning,kayaking, Zip-line,bikes, fish picnic and so. Make sure you visit a Radman mills and taste Peka meal and so
