They should be a 3 1/2 rating nearly a 4 but need some basic help. We stayed for 10 days with an 8 year old and a teen who are used to larger Eurocamp sites. We booked direct online, the service and communications were excellent and we had high hopes. We arrived early but were allowed to check in without a fee which was good. We had a basic level mobile home but it did push the basic title to the limit. There was no welcome pack or instructions for the accommodation. We weren't told about the electricity being activated by placing your door key into a keyhole in the kitchen area so we ended up calling their service team who couldn't work it out until an electrician came!. There were a few minor issues with the fixtures which were quickly sorted. The drainage system was struggling to cope so we had slow draining sinks and shower. There was a constant smell in the bathroom which invaded the accommodation if you didn't open the window and keep the door closed at all times. The kitchen didn't have a bread knife or chopping board which was minor but annoying. The camp is clean and well kept. There are several small pools but they are only really plunge pools.
