We stayed here for 5 nights in August (The weather was beautiful!). Sport hotel Neustift is in a perfect location, snuggled at the base of a ski hill next to the paraglide landing field, about 20 minute drive from Innsbruck. I highly recommend you book the package deal that includes meals & the Stubai pass. You won't need a car. Every day we explored a different area by gondola/bus (all included in the pass). The hiking trails are incredible. The hotel rooms are very clean and well kept. The spa is amazing and no additional charge to use the swimming pools, steam rooms & various saunas. The staff is professional, and the food is very good. The package includes buffet breakfast and dinner with service, as well as snacks between 3PM & 5:30PM (soups, breads, pastries, coffee/tea). Would I stay here again - absolutely! On a side note - you want to paragliding - it's right next to your hotel. 100Euros for 15 minutes. Amazing!

It was very clean and spa are was very spacious. High quality of teas, nuts, dried fruits. Breakfast buffet was very good as well. In the afternoon (included in price) there are soups, cakes, coffee, etc. The staff was very friendly. I would return here. I find the price was very fair for the quality of services provided here. In the evening one can enjoy at their bar - I can totally recommend this hotel.

Travelled with a group of friends and can say with confidence- each of us enjoyed our stay.
Staff is very welcoming and helpful, you can feel that everyone is trying to do their best and takes pride in their work. Rooms are very spacious(even by american standards) with more than ample storage. Hotel is very clean and very cosy.
The spa is exceptional- it can be the envy of many much more luxurious hotels. It was a real pleasure to enjoy all the various facilities after a day of skiing.
This will be definitely our choice for staying in Stubai.
If I could make any suggestions, it would be:
Coffee/tea facilities in the room and better internet quality.

This is our third or fourth stay at the Sporthotel which is definitely nicer than the hotels we tried in Neustift from the established UK tour operators. The Sporthotel is in a great location, right next to the main summer lift, and a 5 minute walk from the centre. The Stubai valley has fabulous walks to mountain huts, all very accessible by free valley bus.
The room we have had (Gletschersuite) is fabulous - large, modern (nice wood, but perhaps not the traditional Austrian style), good bathroom with circular bath (slightly awkward to operate) and two basins, loads of storage space, and a brilliant view. the hotel has excellent spa facilities (pool, sauna, etc). The food is very good - perhaps not as gourmet as some 4.5 star hotels in Austria, but still excellent (and we have high standards). Everyone is very friendly and the family come and talk to you every night to make sure you are having a good time. Would definitely keep returning.

We normally go on a walking holiday with a company like Inghams and had been to Neustift before, but this year everywhere was booked for the dates we wanted so we booked the Sporthotel independently. More pricey than we're used to - but so worth it.

The facilities are amazing - the wellness centre has something for everyone. Decent size swimming pool indoors and so many relaxation rooms. But of confusion as to whether you have to be nude in the wellness centre though. Activities such as yoga/ aqua gym put on every day, but we didn't get chance to check these out. We did the wine tasting, and whilst we only tasted 2 wines and didn't understand everything in English, it was impressive to see the cave and the passion of the owner.

The food was incredible - buffet breakfast but with added bonuses such as being able to make your own fresh orange/ carrot juice, having crêpes and omelettes cooked for you. Just missing bananas in my opinion. Most people took a roll with them for lunch as well!! Self-service cake and coffee 3-5pm and always delicious (can also have cold drinks or soup!). Dinner always at least 5 courses (7 on a Friday for gala dinners), with a choice of a white meat, red meat, fish or vegetarian everyday for the main. We had a fussy eater in the family who asked for schnitzel a couple of times with no problem.

Service was great, waiters and receptionists very friendly and helpful. Very clean and quiet. Given a welcome drink and bottle of wine on departure which was a nice touch!
