We love this place! We ate there right after it opened in 2008 and it was the first place we wanted to go to this year. It is billed as tapas style, the portions are bigger than tapas bars I've experienced in the US. We got two dishes to share and then each of us ordered our own dish. The creativity of food, flavors and presentation makes this restaurant really stand out. Still our favorite food in the area.

Some interesting combinations, most of which work very well. Prices may seem high at first blush, but the quantities justify the prices. Nothing special for decor or location, but it's clean and the service was good.

We ate here when staying at the local hotel Belmar.

Tapas were all excellent. We had the coconut prawns, pork and mango sea bass. All really tasty.

The other stars of this place are the cocktails and the young lad waiting tables. Both really interesting. They have a good variety of drinks and the young waiter was a really lovely guy and very good at his job.

Definitely give this place a try.

You order small plates, tapas-style. For three of us, we order 6 plates to share, as recommended by our waitress. It was a perfect amount of food. The food is a mixture of different Latin American dishes and flavors. Everything we ordered was very flavorful and delicious! The restaurant has a nice ambiance, it's a cute, cozy place.

The service was a little slow (I think the waitress was quite late for her shift), but the atmosphere, the food and the delicious drinks made up for it. We had two drinks, two main plates and three sides and payed some $44 so the price is a little steep, but I thought the quality really overshadowed that.

I recommend the coconut mojito, calamari and the palm heart salad. Yum!
