Very good service, Idian style! Inclusive breakfast buffet is great with fresh omelettes available daily. Rooms are large and beds very comfortable. Lots of bottled water free of charge. Spa and outdoor pool complex and the Indian head massage is excellent. Lovely little coffee and cake shop

A first rate business hotel, which is definitely the best option in NOIDA. I have been visiting this place quite frequently because of my office assignments for the past couple of years and let me tell you the place will grow on you

Rooms are good but not the best in class except the executive suits. I felt during my recent trips that the service levels have gone down a bit. Although, the team and management are always happy to help because I am a frequent visitor

Food is good, particularly the in room dining service. Break fast requires a lot of improvement as the menu seems to have remained the same for the past two years. For a one-off traveler, it may be good. But, again have got bored with the breakfast menu after staying there atleast 20 nights during the past one year

Overall, a very convenient business hotel if your destination is NOIDA

Room Tip: The rooms facing city side have better views

Average hotel, but at the least average for North American business standards. That puts it well above most others in the area. Internet was poor for business so be ware that may be an issue.
Decent hotel and no real complaints. Friendly staff.
I struggle with the hotel web site stating this is a five start hotel..... who rated it?

What's the reason for your stay in Noida?

If it's for vacation, think twice - this is a western-style hotel with all the known amenities from home, so if you're looking for the "real" India, move on.

But more likely, you are here for Business, and then the Radisson blu Noida might be the best choice around. Huge rooms, free internet, a couple of very good restaurants, from expensive to cheap (try the chocolate bar for salty(!) snacks), good airport shuttle. And every evening when you return from you hard days business, coming through the unavoidable traffic jam, its a haven closing the door and returning to your calm room.

This was my 2nd visit to the hotel - and I must say that the overall experience has improved since the last stay in 2011. But, there is a lot of room for improvement.....call me a hard customer, but if a reputation has to be upheld - the it has to be upheld.

The room we got was the executive suite - similar to what I got last year...the kids loved the plushy springy bed and they exactly was kids do - jump. The room was very spacious and the service and housekeeping staff are very prompt now. Better than before for sure....

The in-room dining was superb...the food came in a electric heated trolley - which kept the food piping hot till the server served it to us on the trolley itself, as it converted to a mini dining table top as well....I thought that was very neat.

The other good thing was the Chocolate Box bakery having great items at a very good bargain after 9pm or so at night and the selection is very good....

The spa has very good offers and service is good - but the gym is very basic and limited. They should get more world class gym equipment and not just the smaller versions of the cardio equipment.

The pool is good - but there are portions of the pool which had not been cleaned it seemed...but the seating and the service at the pool was good.

S-18 as the 24 hr restaurant has very good food options. There is continental, Indian, great salad bar, a very generous dessert section, and veg + non-veg menu items. Food can be customized for you based on your requirement and I felt that the offering is very good.

I have also had dinner at Made In India - and that has exclusive Indian Dishes - and they are delectable. The Dora Kabab's are wonderful, and so are the other India menu items. But I felt that the service at this restaurant (on multiple occasions) was slow and could not handle the rush etc....but the food made up for that!

Overall a very nice hotel with some very good options for food and rooms.

Room Tip: Get the Executive Suite - it is worth it. The bedroom and living room are separated by draw panels...

It's the best place to stay in Noida.
Hotel offers all amenities, various restaurants (including a very very good Indian Restaurant), it is clean and well maintained and the staff is friendly.
Transfer from Airport is well organized and works well.
The breakfast is very rich and offers a wide range of food for (nearly) everybody.

This was my second stay in this hotel - this time for more than a week. The staff is very friendly as before and there isn't anything to complain about . For some one who wants to compare this hotel to Park Plaza [ where I stayed the most ] 1. The breakfast buffet at Radission is excellent and beats Park Plaza hands down! 2. The reception area of Park Plaza is better and has a nice and roomy feel compared to the cramped feel of Radisson. 3. Radisson is located at a more central location [ in fact Park Plaza is so remote that you have to depend on the hotel restaurants for any food ] so you can venture out easily. Some people may find the quiet location of Park Plaza interesting though. In terms of the rooms - both are good - just that the ceiling height of Park plaza is better and the paint used is of a lighter shade so it gives you airy and bigger feeling . However considering the excellent buffet and the location I would choose Radisson over Park Plaza if I am given a choice -
The location of the spa [ although I never used it ] is in the basement and close to the Gym which is open to outsiders . Some people may not like that.
