“An average hotel experience”

A friend of mine recommended the hotel to me. Unfortunately I am unable to recommend this hotel as it seems to be really jaded and faded. The staff tries its best but obviously they have not received a professional training. The kind of people it attracts I noticed were not a populace I was comfortable with.
The breakfast experience was dismal. This is a shame because South India shelves India's best breakfast fare.
The tariff was very affordable.
The location is scary as one cannot cross the road due to the heavy traffic.
I was forced to change my hotel after 2 nights. I would never recommend this hotel to the single lady traveler.

stayed in this new extension of Hotel Maniam Classic for 3 days. A decent hotel with cooperative staff. complimentary breakfast is okay if you prefer idli/vada as the choices are very limited
the night we landed we had dinner in this hotel which was not so good however on checkout day we had ordered for peas curry which was very delicious
it is affordable if your stay is for 2-3 days in Deluxe AC rooms at Rs 2300 / day in this hotel as the rooms are big with gigantic bed and soft cushions.

Room Tip: you can opt for deluxeAC rooms however ensure that all the fittings in the bathroom are proper othe...

Once upon a time , Maniam Classic used to be a pride to stay.
After the opening of the new block, the old block , which I personally prefer for quite a long time,
I feel the guests are let down.
I has stayed in a suite with family last week .
Astonishingly the toilet was not as before.Taps were leaking.
Airconditioner was average.
the first Floor area was stinking from the Bar

i request the managment to attend to the needs at the earliest

Room Tip: ask for the room in top floors and on the back side

Been Here with my Dad ! probably the best hotel in Tirupur to my view ! Economic with class so people won't say Ah! it's a cheap hotel ! just 1 to 2 km away from railways station. One of the most busiest place with massive traffic in road ! its cafe is best in town ! had best complimentary breakfast in the morning ! Suggest to all business persons cause if you Tirupur its definately for business!

If you're in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, it's for one of three reasons only: you're in textiles, you've got family there, or you're an avid animal lover headed for the four huge Thangam Memorial Trust shelter facilities. (Actually, there's another good reason: you're trying to avoid hotel-hunting in Coimbatore at night.) Right downtown, this place looks surprisingly fresh inside as well as out. The photo above doesn't do justice to the spacious rooms reminiscent of Chennai's New Woodlands in character. Well maintained with good food and a friendly staff, it is a real bargain and retreat from the industrial grind of Tirupur, India's number one knitwear exporter. It's even got ... hot water in the am!!

Room Tip: A deluxe room at Rs. 1900 fills the bill for comfort.

I visited this hotel on 12 Feb and 13 Feb 13. It is still good and the management has taken note of some points which I suggested to them in the interests of waste. They do not change the soaps daily taking care to reduce the waste. Still, value for money. They have a pretty good breakfast. Service is quite good and the rooms are clean and well maintained.

Room Tip: This a no frills hotel and one cannot expect too much.

Maniam Classic is a good business / family visits hotel, with the following advantages
- near to the rail station
- in the centre of the city
- good, neat, clean,
- good ambience
- good service,
- ever helpful receptionists.
-Good management .

In fact I have used to stay in this hotel to attend family functions, for a day or two.
But as a regular business traveller, I feel this is a good business hotel too.
