Stayed here as part of a tour group. I had a surprisingly spacious suite with a living room and bedroom, although the living area consisted of a couch facing a huge mirror. Bedroom featured a flat screen TV with a good selection of movies on demand. It also had an old desktop computer available for use at 30 RMB (US $4.50) per day. Other than that, the room was nothing to write home about. Furnishings and carpeting are worn and in need of replacement. Bath fixtures equally tired. Sheets are coarse and rough.
Breakfast buffet was included in the room rate but it is was disappointing, offering only steamed buns, rice porridge, heavily watered down soy milk and steaming hot orange juice (!) The breakfast room was packed full of hungry tour group diners crowding around the small buffet area.
The location is far from any decent area in downtown Lin'an and taxis are scarce. If you stay here as part of a tour group visiting the Zhejiang West Grand Canyon it is probably OK.
