We paid what will be our last visit to the golden groove this week. Having visited on a number of occasions, we had noticed that the quality of food was very inconsistent, where as process had slowly increased.
On our last visit we were a group of six, ordering off the lunch menu. Sadly after an hour wait, only 5 servings had arrived. Still waiting on a steak sandwich (3 others on the table had ordered the same & had received them), we had run out of time so I went back to the office hungry. However the main problem was that I was not offered an apology for my order having gone missing, but was told that it was my fault & if we had pre-ordered the food we would have actually received all our orders. So much for the customer is always right... I guess the moral of the story is that don't go here if you expect all your food to come out at the same time, you want good customer service or if you are in a group of more than for people!
