Nice rooms, although the AC did not cool the room enough, so sleep was a bit erratic.
Pool & meal areas nice with great mountain views.
Breakfast good, lots of choice.
Dinner (3 times) was ok, but nothing special, actually the set courses were a bit "tired" and lacking in the "wow" factor. Hotel dinner staff & service were good.
We ate at nearby towns. At Inca, the Argentinian steakhouse served fantastic steaks.
Overall, no real complaints.

My wife and I spent 6 nights here in early September (for our first anniversary). We were a little worried about what the hotel would be like to be honest - something about the photos on their website made us think it might be a bit tacky. But we were pleasantly surprised to find that the location was beautiful and the hotel was the rustic finca we were after. And the B&B rate was very good value.

In a nutshell, the location is beautiful, the hotel is lovely with a great pool (albeit a little cold), breakfast was good but dinner was disappointing. We ate dinner at the hotel twice and both times we were a little disappointed but it wasn't a drama and just encouraged us to eat at other great places around the island (like Deia and Port de Soller).

The hotel isn't really covenient for getting to the beaches and other places so we spent a lot of time in the car but that was fine with us - we'd rather that than stay somewhere crowded. Also there is what looks to be a relatively new wedding/party venue at the hotel, although you hardly notice it down by the pool. There was a party there one night we were there but we didn't really notice it except for all the people arriving. However if you want to make sure of absolute peace you may want to check with the hotel what they have planned for the time you want to go.

All-in-all highly recommended.

We stayed here for four nights for a honeymoon in September and had an incredible time.
The hotel must be seen to be believed, an old Mallorcan country house it is full of antiques, art and delightful public spaces - library, bar, terrace, restaurant, pool area etc. Our room was incredible - a 2 level junior suite with spacious terrace and massive king size bed, tastefully decorated with antique furnishings.
The pool area - an infinity pool looking out onto a mountain was the perfect chill out area and we could easily have stayed there for the whole time if the weather had permitted. Fortunately the hotel has an indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna which really come into their own if you are unlucky enough to get a bad spell of weather.
We ate the 4 course menu of the day in the evening twice and both times found the food to be specatcular and the wine list impressive. Breakfast (included in the price) was satisfying with plenty of variety.
We didn't have a hire car so spent most of the time in the hotel, but did a day hike up to the nearby Alaro Castell and stopped off at Finca es Verger for some of the best lamb I have ever eaten - definitely worth the trip.
In all we can't fault the place - attentative service, wonderful decor, outstanding location in an area of breath-taking natural beauty - and were very sad to leave.

Tucked away down the twisty lanes in central Majorca surrounded by the dominating towering rockfaces of the Sierra de Tramutana. A really impressive, secluded location.

A traditional Spanish finca thoughtfully restored. Antique furnishings add to the grand country house feel.

Staff on arrival couldn't be more friendly and inviting. Escorted to our room, which many would refer to as a suite. Stunning! Delicious buffet breakfast served on the terrace.

Quiet pool area was the ultimate wind down and relaxation spot.

Whilst rural was situated within easy drive of many of the surrounding towns and villages for tasty local food and wine. We also ate in the hotel on one evening. Excellent food with a great wine list.

The bar is a wonderful space, unfortunately not many other guests used it during our stay so lack a little atmosphere.
