Clean, spacious apartments, friendly staff, well maintained public areas, supermarket just 2 mins away, all good. Here is the but - a whopping 48 euros for two weeks for the key to the safety deposit box (you get 6 back at the end of your hols), that really p****d me off big time, extortianate or extortion - I'll leave that up to you.

Places to visit - 1st go to Mangos, turn left at the Can Sanso then 1st right, there in 3 mins, a lovely little man made beach, with beach bar in a beautiful bay, great for sun bathing with free sunbeds. Santa Eulalia itself is lovely, great bay and marina and port. The trips from Santa Eulaia are great and not expensive, you can easily go by boat to Es Canar, Ibiza Town and San Antonio (Went to San Antonio Bay for the sunset that is a must see)

Eating and drinking - I'd recommend going to restaurant street and try Kathmandu for the best Nepalese/Indian dinner EVER, naan bread to die for!!!. Also for genuine spanish tapas go to La Can Ribes (not right name sorry, but it's opposite Kathmandu) For just a great great meal go to Daffers. Down on the Marina go to Mirage, really good food here. The dinner at the Can Sanso itself is also good too.

Important to note that this area seemed very safe indeed no hassles what so ever even walking home at night.

Travelled to Can Sanso in August school holidays. No reception, so we were met off the coach by staff who took us to our apartment- all other reception functions are in the bar. Small, friendly complex – no problems with other guests or their kids. There is a bit of noise from the main road, and early visits from the bin men and this can be a problem if you leave the windows open at night.
Apartment was roomy and clean, although only very basic equipment provided - 2 ring hob and microwave / toaster/ kettle/ cups /plates / glasses (but no wine or beer glasses). Shower was hit and miss – water suddenly going hot /cold! And shower window didn’t close in our apartment (307). No air con, but ceiling fan in bedrooms, and separate fan in living area. Our balcony looked out at the back which suited us as it was quieter and shady during the hottest part of the day. We had a pool view from bedroom – plenty of sun beds and separate toddler’s pool. Also play area and mini golf. Apartment was cleaned and towels changed every other day, bedding twice a week.
Entertainment provided around bar 4 nights a week – of varying standards, but generally ok. Great staff and service. Food surprisingly good, although chips with everything. Fixed price menu – 3 courses + drink around 12 euro (16 if steak meal), so good value. If you want to do your own cooking, there is a supermarket 3 minutes walk away.
About 15 minute walk to town centre, although not very attractive along main road, with waste ground on one side. Plenty of bars and restaurants in town and along the sea front, which is the town’s best asset. We ate out every night, so tried several different eateries (see my other reviews) both on restaurant street and seafront. Not the place to go if you want night clubs and late late bars.
Really liked the seafront and marina. There are 2 beaches in the town, but our favourite was Niu blau, a short clifftop walk away to the north. Here there were bars / restaurants on the beach along with plenty of sunbeds (3.5 euro each/ day), peddalos etc. Best of all the beach is backed by pine trees, so you can get in the shade if you wish, and you can smell the pine in the air.
We travelled to Es Canar on the bus (1.45 euro each) from the busstop just outside the apartments, and to Cala LLonga on the ferry (10 euro each) from near the marina. Neither place offered as much as Santa Eulalia , but OK for ½ day visit. Our best day out was Ibiza town, which we did by taxi (45 euro there and back inc tips),
These apartments are great for a family holiday, the main down side being the distance from the town – but you can always get a taxi.

spacious apartments , although there is nt any air conditioning , there are ceiling fans, and an extra large table fan.... well equiped kitchen, and lovely patio....... there is a good basic restaurant , where you can have breakfast , and snacks all day....cooked to order, so nice and fresh .
There is a big supermarket 5 mins away, so catering is not a prob.(while you are there explore down the road 8 mins away at "MANGOS" and have a drink or snack overlooking the sea.)
There are plenty of loungers, and grass area, with shade ,so no great scrabble to "put out towels" at the "crack of dawn", unless you want a certain "spot". ! This is a family holiday , and not really for couples. We had a great week, and staff friendly and helpful.
We took a thomson trip to san antonia, then on a catamaran to watch the sunset, which was good .. (back midnight !) Weather was very hot 38 oc + !!! lovely....

We stayed in the Can Sanso from the 7th to the 21st of July, there was myself my parner and my 18 month old son and i can say that these are the cleanest and most well kept apartments i have ever stayed in.

We were met of the coach by Danny who showed us to our apatment and helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs,we booked a first floor 2 bedroom apartment over looking the pool and that is what we got i was well impressd as it was spotless and massive.Once we got unpacked we went down to the bar area and had a drink and to relax for a while before going to the Eroski supermarket to get some shopping which was about a 3 min walk from the apartments.

Santa Eulalia is a 10 to 15 min walk away and is a lovely town with plenty of shops, bars and restaurant to choose from we ate alot of nights in some of the restaurants on the front and were never dissaponted in quality or the price. The beaches were great and wern't over crowded .We would usually take day trips to Es Cana and San Antonio on the bus from the bus station which is up behind the townhall. The bus also runs from outside the aparments to Es Cana and Santa Eulalia.I would rather have Santa Eulalia than any other part of the island we visited as it is less commercialised and thats what we were looking for.

The apartment pools were well kept as like the rest of the complex it was hard to get my son out of the pool he loved it and cried when i took him out.
We ate there alot and the meals were always good,we seen the entertainment some nites,a bit cheesey yeah but a good laugh and had a good few hangovers the next morning.
All in all we had a great time and thanks to Johnny,Danny,Tony and all the staff at the Can Sanso they would bend over backwards to help you in any way and always with a smile.

I would highly reccomend the Can Sanso Apartments.

One last thing and this is to all the staff at Bar Dona Ana, thanks girls for our drinks, nice meals, laughs and making Ibiza 2010 a Great Holiday :-)

Just returned from the Can Sanso and they are the cleanest apartments I have ever seen, everything was spotless both inside the apartment and out. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apt overlooking pool on the top floor and it was lovely and big. There were ceilling fans in the bedrooms and an extra fan for the living room, fridge was full size with 1/4 size seperate freezer on top, this was very handy for filling with ice creams from the big supermarket Eroski less than a minute walk away, the spanish did their weekly shop there and my tip is buy Eroski home brand as it is cheaper and delicious, eg pack of 4 cornetto type icecreams were about 1euro. The hotel bar was priced well and the food was lovely, we had many a toastie around the pool.
Sunbed situation was the same as any other hotel, people got up early and put out there towels, personally I couldn't be bothered, it was annoying to go to the pool to find sunbeds full of towels and nobody using them as they had gone off to the beach or back to their apartment, there also wasn't enough parasols which I don't think there is any excuse for, I think there was about 6 or 7.
The beach was about 20 min walk away and buses ran outside the aptments to Es Cana, Santa Eulalia, Ibiza town etc, they were also priced really well. we walked to Santa Eulalia as it only took 15 mins down a flat road.
Had a great holiday all in all, superb accomodation, the biggest downside for us was that the pool had way too much chlorine in it, it made your eyes sting and I had to throw most of my daughters swimming costumes away as and they went all saggy, the chlorine had eaten all the lycra away and they were from BHS so not the cheapest you can buy, this has never happened on our hols before.
I have rated the apartments 4/5 as the pool lost the extra point, I would definatley go back but next time we would hire a car so we can skip the pool and find lovely beaches which Ibiza has.
Oh and I forgot to mention, the staff are all fantastic and really friendy from bar staff to maids.
