We chose to stay here based on previous reviews and were not disappointed. Yes the showers run cold occasionally. Yes you can hear the noise from other apartments. Yes there is only a hob and no oven. Yes the beds took some getting used to. But I have never stayed anywhere in a complex where this doesn't happen! For the price paid you can't get better. Our 2 bed apartment was huge and spotless. Very well equiped. Lovely Flat screen tv. Huge balcony. 2 Bathrooms - the "ensuite" had the best shower I have ever had in a med resort complex. The staff were incredible- from the people at the bar/reception to the lovely cleaners all polite and professional. Any questions answered. With two very young children they couldn't do enough for us. There was entertainment if you wished to participate. The pools were perfect. Childrens playground lovely. I cannot understand the people moaning about the walk into santa eularia as it is only 5mins along a well lit pavement to the main gravel carpark of the town. It takes longer to get in a car and drive- the mistake we made the first night. Despite other resorts on the island closing down Santa Eularia was still bustling mid October. Great large supermarket next door- perfect for buying your 98c litre of sangria! A perfect all round place to stay deserving far more than the budget tag given.

Just returned yesterday had a lowly holiday. Was a little worried not being a package holiday family normally but pleasantly surprised.
Apartments are big, well equipped And clean. We had a lovely 2 bed apartment overlooking the pool. Pool, gardens etc kept lovely.
10 minute at most walk into town (with a pram) no problem we done it at least twice a day.
Pool was lovely. Pool bar pleasant food average 'British food' mush better offering in town.
Thomson rep Jonnny very pleasant and helpful seen him several times during our week stay ( we spend limited time at the apartments most days as like to explore ).

Have just returned from a 10 day stay at Can Sanso, I have to say that I was expecting basic considering the price but the apartments were the best we have stayed in! they were spotlessly clean, very spacious and the best equiped we have encountered. All the staff were extremly pleasant and helpfull and I would struggle to find anything to complain about,
The apartments are located around 5 minutes walk into the town centre, or cross the road and take the scenic route around the coastline (Stunning scenery!) which takes no more than 15 minutes, I havve read lots of iews that the apartments are too far from anything, I could understand if you have mobility issues but if not and you still find it too far it probably means you need the exercise!!!
Brilliant supermarket just 2 minutes away making self catering easy, and very affordable.
Would I go again? without doubt as I dont think you will find better self catering anywhere in Ibiza.

Room Tip: Some road noise but nothing too bad, pool view is always a benifit

stayed in can sanso from 29th sept till 6th oct.we have been staying in hotels mostly of late and i was a bit wary of going in to apts for a change.i`m glad to say i needn`t have had any worries,as the apts and super staff were brill.rooms were very large and airy and spotlessly clean, with almost as much equipment as you would need at home.the food on offer was quite decent and served cheerfully and quickly by rhe very helpful staff.would definately think of a return visit.

The apartments are lovely. Large, spacious and clean. The bar & resteraunt staff very helpful and friendly. The pools perfect, the baby pool was the perfect height for my 18 month old daughter to toddle and splash in. Love the fact there was more than enough sunbed, and plenty of space to put them, weather you want to be by the pool or away from it. The downside to this lovely hotel is that it is a little too far out, although a lovely resteraunt around the corner is ideal and has beautiful food! Plenty of supermarkets near, however not much else. Although only a short walk into town where there is plenty to do and see. We found a play park for our little girl down by the mirena which is definitely worth visiting. Santa eulalias is a perfect place to be if you plan on visiting other destinations on the island. But all in all for a young family like ourselves, this hotel was perfect and we can see ourselves returning!

Love Santa Eulalia & had a lovely holiday at these appartments 4 years ago. Decided to return, but never again. Place is still very nice with very large appartment which overlooked the pool, but there was an awful smell of sewage most days which I think comes from a local sewage works.
Also having to leave room at 11.00 am with no late check out facility, for a flight at 11.00pm & sit around all day is not the best way to finish a holiday, when this service is now available on most holidays.
Will certainly be returning to Santa Eulalia in future, but not to the Can Sanso, or any where else near to this location.

Room Tip: If you decide to go, get a room on the pool side so you can avoid smell when on balcony.

Just come back from second stay in Santa Eulalia (went 5 years ago and stayed in Casa Luis). These apartments are fab, we had room 304 overlooking the pool with the biggest balcony I have ever seen, had a sunbed, table and 4 chairs and a clothes airer and still room to have a dance! Everything you could need (apart from a hairdryer). Loads of wardrobe and drawer space. After reading some reviews on here was a bit worried about the beds being really uncomfortable, but not a problem after all. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was a great help - better than air con as that gets too cold at night I find and you have to get up and turn it off. All the staff really friendly and helpful. I think the reviewer who complained about cockroaches in the kitchen etc. must have gone to a different hotel! Santa Eulalia is a lovely resort, really pretty and far classier looking than Es Cana, though not with upmarket prices. Some of the restaurants in the marina are a bit overpriced, but we had two delicious meals at the Skuma. Daffers is still really good value for money, three courses for E15.50 (or E12.50 before 8 pm), not huge portions but very filling and beautifully cooked and delish. Also enjoyed the Delicias to China all you can eat buffet. Went to Ibiza town on the bus, which was very easy, and returned by taxi at night, which cost about E23 for four of us. We loved the beach at Niu Blau, really pretty with the pine trees, but a bit rocky in places, you have to pick your spot to go in the sea. The beach in town is nicer sand and the sea looks free of rocks and seaweed but Niu Blau was a lot closer, far enough when it's really hot. Eroski is very handy, just a few minutes away, but if you want one that opens a bit earlier (Eroski and Luis don't open until 9.30 and 9.00) the Garden Market opens at 8.30 (this is across the road behind the residential apartments). The only problem with Santa Eulalia is that it seems to close early at night (even the fountain is turned off at 10.30 pm!) and it seems to attract the more mature holiday maker, although there are young couples and families as well, but at least you don't get rowdy drunks like you would in more upbeat places. Or it could be that it felt that way because the season is
coming to a close and was getting cool at night. Anyway, it's a lovely place but don't expect banging music and night clubs cos you'd be in the wrong place! When we went into town at night the first week there was always a variety of street entertainers, giant bubble blowers, stilt walker (he was amazing!), painters, sand sculptors etc., which adds to the atmosphere, but these tailed off in the second week, again I suppose due to the end-of-season. All in all, a lovely holiday and we're missing it already!
first week

Room Tip: We would ask for the same room - 304, overlooking the pool with a huge balcony.
