Tucked away at the end of the promenade, make sure you take an evening stroll along the riverside and up to the roman bridge. Take some bread and feed the ducks. Lovely view of Puig de Missa too.

We walked along the river and found it a pleasant, quiet walk. There are a lot of place were you can take a seat and rest. At the end near the bridge walk a little further and visit the old church.

We looked for this walk after reading about it on Tripadvisor and what a super little find ! You follow the interpretation boards (numbered 1 - 19). No. 1 is on the far end of the promenade (harbour end), but most people seem to pick it up at board No. 5 which is near the river bridge. The walk from there takes you along the river, through a small rural area (which includes a visitor centre and toilets), up quite a few steps to the local church at the top which offers great 360 degree views over Santa Eularia and you can then come down to town via several routes. From the river bridge to the church takes about 30-40 minutes but gives you a good shot of exercise if you do it at a pace .... or take is slower if you prefer. Some great camera opportunities along the walk. If you like these quieter walks, make sure you find the one that goes around the headland (beyond the Grand Palladium Hotel). Pick up the forest track (take a bottle of water with you) - it goes for miles, in fact you can walk to Cala Llonga. Really peaceful, fantastic birdlife and views over the sea.

Just a nice place, quite in october, nice area, would recommend it to stay away from Ibiza city, but just attractive. We where in the port on our boat and did rent a car. It is a good place to start travelling around. For people having a boat this is the best port on the Island.

Walk to the end, and if early in the year see the little ducklings, also see the ancient bridge. You can then walk into the centre of Santa Eulalia via the road or walk back down the river to the beach and walk on the promenade to the centre.
