Interesting to read the other reviews. Perhaps this is "Marmite" (apologies to those that do not know of this yeast extract) - you either love it or you hate it.

We loved it. Nice room, nice outdoor pool. Slightly eccentric indoor swimming pool and spa. The barman was excellent - he persuaded me to try eight different gins and four different tonic waters - not all in the same glass. It became a ritual - shortly after noon, he would appear - "Mr Costelloe, today would you like to try......"

They also indulged us (well, me) when we (well, me) wanted things not on the menu. "Chicken paella? Not today sir, but tomorrow when we have the correct ingredients". And they did. "Gambas a ajillo? I'll see what the chef says." "The chef says yes"

Great for a week, the nearbly beach is pleasant and it is a short walk into town.

As to the debate over whether it is five or four star - it's not relevant, it's lovely and slightly eccentric place to stay.

stayed at this hotel in September 2013. Being only 21 this was my first 5* experience of more than 1 night and to be honest it wasn't what I expected. This is probably due to the style of the hotel, very oldy worldy. I was staying here as family were in the Fiesta Don Carlos round the corner and I couldn't get in there.. reception staff are very polite and helpful. breakfast staff were very good however it does help if you speak Spanish. only cold food on offer but you can order any hot food you wish, bacon eggs etc However I would say the bacon is just cooked Serrano ham as opposed to bacon how we know it.
I love Santa Eulalia have been possibly 6-7 times with family. Recommend Guarana Bar near the Marina if you like partying all night within walking distance from home. don't go until midnight earliest and stay until 6. Many good timers here.
All in all good holiday. Would go back if money was no object however it is so probably wont be going back to this hotel.
one last thing, the drinks are the best. Order a spirit and mixer and it is probably 6-10 euros depending but the glasses and measures are unbelievable.

Room Tip: some rooms have huge terraces others only Juliette balconies. ask on arrival.

We stayed here for 1 night, but considering what we paid it was a disappointment.

First of all note that there are 2 hotels on Ibiza with Palladium in the name. Make sure to book the right one, as we did not! I can however only fault myself for this.

The hotel is advertised as a 5 star hotel, but it is a 4 star at best.
Upon arrival, there is no one who can help you with your luggage and we had to take our luggage to our room ourselves up a number of steps.
The hotel itself is very outdated. The pictures seem to have been taken a long time ago, as it really does not look as good. The carpets in the hallways give the whole hotel a very dusty smell. The room had damaged furniture and looked like they were very old. The beds had very hard mattresses.
The bathroom was decent, except for the shower, as the shower head was hanging very close to the wall, so it was quite uncomfortable to have a shower. The water pressure was very good though.

The ocean view from the room was nice.

The breakfast was quite good, however it was not very obvious to find the location of the breakfast. Some signs might have been useful. The location of the breakfast is beautiful though with a great view of the Mediterranean.

We did not try the swimming pool, but they look ok. Am not sure about the beach access. The beach looked very rocky.

This Hotel just gets better every time we stay. We are always welcomed as if coming home. The location is wonderful right on Siesta beach - the sun rise is spectacular. If you want to walk into Santa Eulalia it is just a 10 minute stroll over the river and along the seafront.
The food in this hotel is exquisite and Ali the chef is always happy to accommodate your palate.
Marcello and his team in the restaurant ensure that you are always looked after extremely well.
We cannot wait to go back next year

We have just returned from three nights at this hotel. Nice rooms, great breakfast on the veranda looking out to sea. Thought it was overpriced compared to other hotels of same rating. Taxi service isn't great as one night waited over one and a half hours for one.

Went to Ibiza for a long weekend to chill and relax with a friend who like me has a busy life. We were certainly not disappointed. The hotel staff couldn't do enough for us, without being intrusive. The room was large and spacious and the beds very comfy. 2 minute walk to the beach where it was never too busy. €7-8 per taxi ride into the centre of Eulalia or a 15 minute stroll. Perfect! Can't wait to go back.

What can I say it’s five star and deservedly so. Facilities excellent indoor & out door pools both well kept Small Gym area. Treatment rooms. Breakfast buffet style plenty of fresh fruit cereals etc. Staff quite & attentive. Room large & airy (only minor niggle Sat TV only had limited selection of English channels, and then again we were out most evenings). Great restaurants near by in Santa Eularia, Cala St Vincente
