This hotel was just what we needed for a quiet stay away in a peaceful resort. All we wanted was something clean, simple and low cost. We got all this and much more. The hotel's strength is it's staff - the manager was always helpful and friendly and he seemed to work all hours of the day and night! He even helped us learn some Spanish. Our twin room (though we asked for a double - perhaps check this when you book.) just had beds, wardrobe, drawers and a side table. The bathroom had a half-sized bath, loo, shower and sink. There is a balcony which is great for drying your swimming stuff! Breakfast is lovely if you like Spanish/continental style (which I do!); breads, cheese, meats, tomatoes, olives, cereal, juice, coffee, tea, pain au chocolat, croissants, sweet pastries, and a huge selection of fruit. There is something different every day e.g. sausages, avocado, fish. There is a bar, very cheap WiFi, a lift, and the stairs are open throughout the night for late nights back. Actually I might have changed my mind about the hotel's best strength - perhaps it is it's location. It is on the restaurant street of Santa Eulalia. There must be about 10 or 15 along the street with lots more along the sea front which is only a few minute's walk away. Altogether Santa Eulalia is a beautiful, quiet and friendly resort suitable for couples and families. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AND WISH I COULD HAVE TIPPED THEM MUCH MUCH MORE.

Room Tip: The front is onto a fairly quiet street and the back looks into another housing block. The ones on...

I have just returned from the Hostal Sa Rota, and had a great time. There was a friendly welcome whenever I arrived and they couldn't do enough for me. While Air Con would be good, there was a fan in my room and the balcony opened up onto a very quiet area so I was able to have my balcony door open all night. There was no problem with noise despite being located very close to a busy street with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from.

We have just had 2 weeks at this hostal and it was excellent, rooms are basic but of good size, and cleaned daily with fresh towels replaced on a daily basis. The breakfast is as fresh as possible and of good choice. The position of this hostal is excellent in the centre for every thing but sitting in a quite spot. The owners are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Try it you will not be disappointed.

I have just returned from a really good holiday in Ibiza. the Sa Rota hostal added to my enjoyment. A truly wonderful find where nothing was too much of a problem. Basic but totally lovely. the rooms were cleaned every day & air con in the bedrooms. Everything was quiet at night and the beds were cosy. A superb breakfast which tied you up to the evening meal. Complete value for money and I would recommend 100%.

This is a delightful family run B&B. Basic rooms. Aircon would be nice, but once we worked out how to use the ceiling fan we survived. The host is charming and attentive. The breakfast is simple , but fresh and tasty. Fresh croissants, cooked meats, ham, fruit, cereals and one day even some English cooked breakfast. Unless you want to be on the seafront the location is excellent being at the end of Restaurant street, 5 minutes walk from the bus station or beach. Don't expect a view from your room, you will most likely be looking out onto a residential balcony. It is in the middle of town. Lovely.

Centrally located on the main (yet quiet) road in the town centre, 100 metres from the beach and many restaurants. The resort is known as the gastronomical centre of Ibiza with good reason as there are many good places to eat all types of food.

We have stayed in this hotel at least once per year for the last six years and really cannot fault the levels of service when considering the price which is paid.

The hotel is family run and is the most friendly hotel that we have come across. The owner speaks excellent English and is always on hand to refill a half-empty coffee cup at breakfast.

Breakfast is a continental buffet with a different dish added each day such as boiled eggs, sausages or even fried eggs & bacon.

The rooms are fairly basic but spotlessly clean - the maid comes daily except Sunday.

Overall a really friendly hotel which is ideally located and available at good value for money. I cannot recommend this place enough!

What a marvellous place this is...fabulous location - just 5 minutes walk from the beach - situated on what is delightfully called the street of restaurants. This is a gem of a place - run by a lovely family - who are so welcoming. The rooms are spotless and cleaned every day with fresh towels provided daily too. Breakfast is fun ....always a lovely selection prepared for guests with fresh coffee which is a great treat. There is a bar and a terrace where you can enjoy a drink and if you have a late flight home there's shower facilities. You cant really fault this hostal ....it only has 1 star but deserves more.
