After a couple of nights with less than average food we looked on Trip Advisor for a good restaurant. This was not our first choice but as the other restaurant was closed we decided to go here and did not regret it! We sat inside and the atmosphere was cosy and warm. It is quite expensive but well worth the prices. We didn't have a starter but they offer you bread, olives and a choice of condiments which include small slices of chorizo, a garlic butter and a Gorgonzola spread which was all lovely and a perfect starter to our meal. For our mains we ordered Salmon in lemon sauce which came with a side salad and rice and chicken in peppercorn sauce which came with chips and a side salad. The meals were lovely and all cooked perfectly. The sauces were great, just enough for the whole meal. We had a dessert of fresh strawberries and cream which was the perfect ending to the meal.
The waiter was friendly, attentive and not pushy, offering us specials that were not advertised. Beer and wine are quite fairly priced too. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
