Visited in 2011 and food and service was first class, thought we would try again this year. The waiter was very friendly, we took our seats in the restaurant area in the back of the bar next to the open kitchen which looked clean.. The garden area wasn't open for some reason!!!! Only 11 dishes on the menu, and two of those were not available. Well where do I begin, the neurotic woman who floated around like she owned the place was so rude and unprofessional to customers unless you were one of her regulars, she walked by us and didn't even make eye contact, bearing in mind there was only two couple in there. She shouted from the bar to the kitchen asking the chef about what he had in stock, she spoke to customers like scum, It was Uncomfortable and embarrassing to sit amongst. After taking orders the chef came from the kitchen and told the customers he had cooked the last piece of chicken on Saturday, this was on Monday but the bar doesn't open on Saturdays so that was a lie and why are you not buying more ingredients, you are suppose to be a restaurant. It was like being in an episode of fawlty towers but Cybil was polite to her customers. The waitress / owner or whoever she is obviously has no experience in running a business but the thought of running a bar in Ibiza sounded great. Get some people skills and manners before you deal with the public again, I would rather have dehydration and malnutrition than step foot in that bar again.
