Recommended to us by Rick from Trigana as they do Gluten Free pasta which is fab for me - Sat upstairs in the open air which was lovely, they were busy but no delay on the food - very friendly staff and absolutely great value for money - so good we went back the next night too !!!

We visited this great little place twice in our week in alvor. Small and cosy- in a good way. All staff were very friendly with a smile. Service excellent, food delicious, prices very reasonable. Would not hesitate to recommend. Well worth a visit... Or two!

We ate here but could not get in a seat with harbour views as they were very busy. They bought out the wrong drinks that we ordered but had them anyway as it was so busy. We were given bread and cheese and olives as we ordered our main course which we thought was a nice touch to start with. My daughter aged 5 ordered a pizza bolognese but was given spaghetti bolognese, she ate that anyway as we would have had to wait longer. Unfortunately she started choking and in the toilet discovered a dried bay leaf had been stuck in her throat. Was not a great experience and to top it off they charged us 6 euro's per head for the bread they gave us at the start. There was 4 of us so won't be going here again in a hurry

Found this place by accident and it was a great find.
We went 3 nights out of our 7 day visit!
The place is almost homely and the roof top terrace is cozy with a nice view.
The food is great with a home made taste, you can tell pride went into the preparation.
Well priced and a nice house wine, all complimented by the super friendly staff and the owner drops everything including his own dinner to greet you as you enter!.
He will have a conversation while at the table and you get a friendly warm handshake as you leave.
A nice personal experience and I cant reccomend it enough.
Don't pass this one.
