We arrived in Alvor at the beginning of incredibly bad weather, water rushing down the main street, we jumped into this restaurant to save our skins. And thank god we did. The decor was very cosy, having front dining and el fresco under cover in the rear. My husband had the mussels, this was a starter however the dish was enough for a main meal. The flavour was fantastic, excellent mussels. I had the veal cappachio, beautifully presented and very flavoursome. We spent a very pleasant few hours with the very friendly staff. Overall the cost was extremely reasonable. Will return before we leave.
