We were a group of ten women who enjoyed our lunch at Ravagni in March immensely. All the previous excellent reviews apply. We enjoyed a wonderful lunch with the family and spent many hours talking, singing and enjoying a truly wonderful home and family. After lunch, several of us placed orders for olive oil products to be shipped to us in the U.S. because the products were not in stock at the time. This is where the problems started. Four months passed and we had still not received our orders, even though our credit cards had been charged for up to $127. We were assured in emails that the order was being processed, then we were told that it was the problem of FedEx (their records showed no package had been shipped). We finally received a package after requesting refunds and threatening bank action and bad reviews. The only problem is that the order is totally incorrect, cans of oil bent, and no packing slip. It honestly looks like miscellaneous items were thrown into a box and sent to us to stop our complaining. Bottom line is that the lunch was delightful and totally worth the trip to Anghiari, but don't place any orders for products to be shipped!
