The hotel is in excellent location, walking distance to town and besides the sea. Service is very good, also cleanliness. Breakfast is very poor, with low quality food, but in very good quantity for low budget breakfast which is very depressed according to room price. Anyway, the hotel is highly recomended.

We stayed 4 nights at the Parian Village at the end of July.

Sandwiched between a boutique suite in Santorini and an upmarket hotel in Naxos, we expected this to be the least luxurious of our 3 stays (with a price of less than half the others reflecting this) but I have to say that we enjoyed it just as much as anywhere else, and in many ways more so, because it felt like we were in a Greek establishment rather than an international hotel.

The rooms are basic "Greek Pension" style, cleaned immaculately every day and with a good hot water supply and the best air conditioning unit we found on the holiday.

The hotel is a 15 minute walk into town but because Parikia is a "long" resort, it could take 30 to 40 minutes to the far reaches of the old town. A pleasant and easy walk but in the July heat we found it easier to do in 2 stages with a Mythos stop along the way.

The fact that the hotel is on the outskirts of the resort is one of its biggest advantages. The views across the bay from the quiet poolside location or terrace were simply stunning at any time of the day or night and the location is peaceful and far removed from the busy backpacking / moped / bustle of the Port.

The second plus point was the hospitality of the staff and the general greek atmosphere about the place. We only saw 3 members of staff, the two ladies who managed the place on a shift system, and the cleaner, all of whom were very welcoming and helpful, particularly the lady (I assume the owner but I don't know) who brought us little treats like free ice creams when we arrived back from town looking particularly hot.

All in all, we were pleased with the mix of the three different elements of our holiday and our experience at the Parian Village was as good as any luxury suite / hotel if you are looking for good basic accommodation in a perfect setting.

I can't believe my husband and I stayed in this hotel for only 60€ per night. I have stayed in terrible American hotels for much more money. This hotel is great... it is a short 5 minute walk around the harbor to all the restaurants in the main port village, but it isn't in the village so it's peaceful. It has beautiful stone patios overlooking the harbor, and a nice inground pool. The breakfast is great too! More than just tang and bread like most European B&Bs. This is THE place to stay in Paros. Take a taxi for 7€ to get there, and then I'd recommend renting a moped to take to to Kolymbrithres beach.

The hotel is spread up a very steep hill and we were at the top! The view over the bay to the town and port is mesmerising and watching the ferries is great entertainment. The walk back from the town at night along the beach is dark and narrow near to the hotel but we had a car for 7 nights of our 10 night stay. Breakfasts are included and ok but never any ham/bacon or eggs, no toast either. The daily maid service was faultless with frequent towel and linen changes. As is often usual in Greece the shower floods the bathroom. The pool area is at the lowest level with the same great views but only had 2 large umbrellas, it closes at 8pm so dont expect to use it after a hard day out. There is a free PC for guests in reception. The owner, a lovely lady, chain smokes so if you're a non smoker reception can be unpleasant. Many nationalities staying here but always quiet and peaceful, glad we stayed here.

This is the friendliest hotel we have stayed at in the Greek Islands. The staff were superb. The views from our balcony were fantastic, overlooking the bay. There are many steps to most rooms, so not recommended if infirm. Local tavernas were welcoming and only a ten minute walk along the beach. The centre of town was a twenty minute stroll away. The rooms were basic and clean. We would definitely recommend this hotel and return ourselves.

We stayed at the Parian Village in Paros for two nights in June. We didn't book a hotel in advance of arriving in Paros and came upon this hotel after arriving fromt the ferry and speaking to a man named Chris (who they call "the rabbit") who works at the Scooter rental place. He drove us up to the Parian Village after he called and checked availablity and price. The cost per night was $45 Euros. When we arrived we were so impressed with the view fromt he pool / lobby area of the harbour and beach. The pool area was really nice and the hotel is directly on the water / beach. The room was big enough and tastefully decorated. It had a nice deck facing the water, air conditioning, a small fridge and a tv. The only negative thing was that the shower stall didn't have a curtain and only had a hand wand wash and there was no room safe. The hotel was about a 15 or 20 minute walk to the city center. About 5 min by taxi or scooter. Scooters cost $15 euros per day and a taxi to the city center is around $5 euros. The hotel was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here the first week of June and there was only a few people staying, it felt like our own Villa at times!! There are lovely views of the harbour and it was fun watching the ferries coming in and out. (sounds horrible but it was interesting and they were in the distance) 2 minute walk from the beach and 10 minute walk along the beach to the town where there were alot of restaurants to chose from. Parikia also has some lovely windy streets which are great to walk through at night time too. Breakfast at Parian Village was only bread, ham, cheese or cereal but kept us going till lunch time.
